The unit is a coveted low floor with a gulf facing primary bedroom offering fantastic views, sounds of the ocean and easy access to the beach. The unit has many updates and is elegantly decorated with modern coastal decor. The Commodore is located on the peaceful east end of the beach within close proximity to St. Andrews State Park and much more!

The property is located on the quieter East End of Panama City Beach, in close proximity to Grand Lagoon and St. Andrews State Park. There are many dining options and attractions nearby, including up North Thomas Drive. The property is a short drive to Pier Park, a large outdoor mall including Dave and Busters, the Skywheel, and The Grand 16 movie theater, featuring IMAX theaters. Last but not least, the condo is next door to Patches Pub, voted several years best wings and burgers in Bay County.

We mostly loved the ease of beach access. It was a short walk from the elevator area through the pool deck to the ramp to the beach. No steps to navigate to the beach. We stayed on the 2nd floor and took the stairs mostly except to bring our chairs, awning to the beach. The Commodore is just beyond Patches Pub, which is convenient, however, sleeping on the street side of the condo, you hear music until after midnight. Otherwise the location and the complex were perfect for a 5 night stay.
