On the beach!

We enjoyed our stay! It was a great location - we walked anywhere we needed to go. We did have groceries delivered and got a ride downtown. Moby Dicks was a great store within walking distance! The property was great and right on the beach. The only thing I would say negative about the property would be that the outlets in both bathrooms did not work. No big deal really. Overall fantastic stay!

That VIEW!

We really enjoyed our stay. The view was stunning and the place was clean and comfortable. We had a lovely time. The pools and hot tubs were perfect as was the beach! We would be happy to stay again!

Nice trip

First time staying at The Summit in Panama City Beach. Communication with the property manager was excellent! The condo was as described. Cute condo. The most comfortable king size bed! The resort itself was nice. The only complaint I could have was the elevators. They were crowded and 2 of them didn't work. The pools were excellent. The Bar and grill had good cheap food and the tiki bar was awesome!! The bartenders were top notch!! We really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful condo and beautiful weather!!

Girls Getaway

The condo was clean and had everything we needed. We were on the 11th floor which gave us a great view of the beach. Great restaurants and bars were within walking distance. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again!

Room is nice. Resort, not so much.

Elevator traffic was bad. Only 2 and one of them was not working. No parking spots left in the evening. When we asked “where do we park” we were told there is overflow parking lots that we had to pay extra for. (We just had one vehicle.) While sitting on the balcony all we smelled was weed.

Summit condo 1124

The condo is wonderful and the host was amazing. The process was very easy. Our unit had all kitchen wares and bathrooms had start up toiletries. As long as we emptied the dehumidifier the unit stayed comfortable and cool. The surrounding area is run down and a lot of closed businesses but overall was ok. The beach makes everything amazing.

Summit Sadness

First our condo was Beautiful! The owners very patient and helpful! This is our 3rd year. I know Corona left the others with no place to party. I also think its fine just WE needed more family friendly. Water went off for quit a while 2 days in a row. Elevators are terrible but we knew that! It was just too hot in them for. Long as it takes to get in and out. Don't think we are going back but loved the unit itself. Wanted to clean it better but didn't have time because of elevator.

WONDERFUL! This condo is amazing. Plenty of room, great view and it's newly renovated!!!

My family LOVED this condo. The balcony view of the ocean is amazing! There is plenty of room for everyone. The condo is newly renovated with upgraded floors and countertops. The decor is also very nice and fresh! The washer/dryer was an added bonus!! We will definitely be staying here again. LOVE LOVE LOVE this condo

Beautiful view that’s it !

First when we pulled up it’s a older building. The condo is on the 11th floor ALL elevators are very slow and very crowded. When we finally get up in our condo it smelt old their was sand everywhere only one of us could go to the bathroom bc Nina did not leave a full roll of toilet paper in both bathrooms ,I had to wash the sheets they where dirty . Then comes to find out after I pay cleaning company I have a list of things I need to do without any supplies . Then Nina doesn’t tell u you have to go down stairs to pay for each person to be on submit and pay for parking . Then Nina Has a lock on the AC so it’s very hot at night with humidity. I messaged her all my concerns and told me I should of came prepared . She didn’t even leave us trash bags .The king size bed is so old u lay in a hole , both remotes did not work had to get up and turn channels. I would not recommend renting out from a renter who does not give a crap about the people in her condo other than the money . I’ve stayed in many condos and I’ve always had a day start to supplies but if you want me to clean towels dishes and take out the trash , YOU need to supply these things ! Good luck ! The only thing that was great was the view !

Great location. We had a great time but there were some things we didn’t like.

This property was in a great location. It was nicely decorated and clean. However, the kitchen table was broken and unavailable for use and we weren’t told until check in time. The bedroom remote was dead so we had to get up every time to change the volume or channel. They also asked that we complete the laundry for them upon departure without any detergent provided. Isn’t that what the housekeeper and cleaning fee is for? Overall- a decent place but would prefer different owners in the future.

Very nice time

Condo is exactly as pictured, king bed is older but really comfortable. Perfect for the two of us, the kitchen is well stocked and updated, the flooring is nice, could use more seating in the living room or a small café table, it felt a little empty but spacious. The counter with stools is nice but we used the brand new patio set (a great surprise!) as our table because it was cool enough outside in the shade. Pools and grounds are well maintained and clean and security took their jobs seriously. Check in process was simple, great location on the quieter, less congested side of PCB. Owner was super responsive and pleasant to work with. Thanks Nina!

Woderful an relaxing!!

The condo was very clean. Very equipped with everything as if you were at your own home!! Also had a fast working ice maker plus washer an dryer. Table to enjoy you breakfast ,lunch an supper at while looking at the ocean an feeling the fresh breeze blowing in own you. I will be staying in this room for year's to come.. Thank you for keeping your condo updated an fully equipped with the luxury of being at home!!!😎😄
