My family, friends and I really enjoyed our stay here! The house was equipped with everything thing we needed. We had plenty of room indoors and out. Thehome and decor was beautiful and the host Rich was quick to respond to any questions or issues we had. I would definitely book this location again!

Exceptional

Our family had a great time at this impeccable house! From the picturesque backyard on the outside to the high end modern decor on the inside, it was like staying at a resort right here in PCB! The house was well stocked with everything you could possibly need; they even provide wagons and beach supplies for you to bring for your easy 6 mins walk to the beach. Rich was very responsive and accomodating during our stay. We will definitely return to this house for our next vacation to PCB.

Great property

We rented it for the 4th of July week and we had a blast. The house is beautiful, well kept and fully equipped, the pool area is great, our kids had a blast, and it is just a short walk to the beach. We will definitely rent it again in the future.

Amazing stay

My family had a great stay here over the past weekend. Easy walk to the beach and a beach wagon was provided which means we had less to pack. Beautiful home, and the pool was great. Easy to communicate with property manager, but didn’t have any issues. Would easily stay here again.

Didn't want to leave!

This was the very first property I saved when looking for a place to stay for our family vacation. After weeks of back and forth, we settled on this and it made me the family rockstar! There were 7 of us, two of them children. We wanted something more casual for the kids and less waiting for elevators. We checked in at 4pm. By 4pm the next day it was decided we would book this place for next year as soon as we could. Check-out was a breeze. Rich was hands-down the best host I've ever dealt with. We cannot wait to return!!

Amazing stay

The home was so beautifully decorated and the air scent just welcomed you in. Everything was top tier, owner was so communicative, everything was so luxe, we felt so pampered from the elegant linens to the lovely bath soaps gifted. I would definitely recommend this perfect home to anyone looking for a high end experience. 10/10 recommend

Just Like Home

Everything was perfect! Beautiful house and beautiful backyard. We were there for Spring Break and the kids wanted to stay at the house instead of hanging out in PCB! We totally felt at home, the house had everything you needed and wanted. Location is great, pretty close to everything. The host reached out to us to make sure we were good, he responded right away when I had questions. We will definitely book this house when we return!

Great location - Memorable vacation

We had our family of 4 and another family of 6 over our kids’ Easter break. Had a fabulous time! Was very clean, had plenty of kitchen accessories, had enough laundry & kitchen soaps for our entire week stay and was in a nice quiet neighborhood. They also provided sunscreen so we didn’t have to go get any right away. Pool was used every day, but needed 1 or 2 more pool towels for everyone. The beach is a close walk. If you head to the beach, bring chairs if you don’t want to pay for the ones on the beach. It was nice to have a pull out couch. Would maybe change the King room upstairs across from the bunks to a double bunk room to have even more room to fit 4-6 people in there. Overall, everything was great and would rent again, as it’s in a great location and close to many things. Oh, and if you’re looking for a good bakery, Thomas Donut and Snack Shop is the place to go - best we’ve ever had!

Perfection all-in-one

Great house, HUGE! clean, comfortable and full of little details that made our stay that much better. The pool was amazing and the location just a quick 6 minute walk to the beach. While we had a couple of issues (smoke detectors going off, ceiling fan falling off the ceiling) everything was repaired the same day I texted Rich about it! Highly recommend this place for your next Beach vacation.

Wow!

Rich was a fantastic and the Most flexible host. Incredibly supportive to accommodate our 3 families. We were 13 and fit perfectly in this immaculate house. An added bonus is the backyard WOW! Private pool makes you feel like your on a resort with just your party. Short walk to the beach and an incredibly terrific stay! We will be back. Thanks again Rich!

Fishing Trip in PCB

House was perfect for all of us for our fishing trip! Great Location. Fit 11 of us perfectly. Enjoyed grilling out back. The host was phenomenal and very communicative. Would definitely stay there again.
