Amazing view

Upon arrival I was anxious about the parking garage after reading tons of reviews. It wasn’t that bad to maneuver. The property itself was beautiful. 9th floor was the perfect view for us. The pool and staff were fantastic! I would stay at this property again.

Staying at this condo

Great Location, clean pool, nice beach! But the things do not correspond of the money, the bed linen is useless, the pillows are like bricks, the dishes in the kitchen are practically not usable, there is no sense of coziness in general, there are constant problems with the front door lock! But the view from the balcony is amazing! I would not book this sondo a second time.

Where do I start.. there was a water main break that affected many areas(not the hosts fault but they were unable to properly clean room. The hotel entrance was hard to find past several time bc of construction and the signs covered. Parking was horrible the parking deck in tiny and our “reserved “ spot we couldn’t even park in bc other vehicles took up the space bc parking crooked trust when I say the parking is a nightmare. You had to have an ID to get a trolley for luggage and mind you we had to park on 11th floor even though we stayed on the 9th! The elevators are absolutely ridiculous they are hott they over crowd and you wait forever! Once in the room it was very outdated nothing like the photos damaged furniture the door stop hanging off and cut one on the kids. The host was responsive and the pool was amazing that’s about the only 2 positives of this stay. For the cost/quality ratio I’m gonna say look around!!! We were 24hrs plus no water no ac.. it runs off water apparently and the morning we woke up to leave no water again! I understand it was a city issue but at the same time there was many issues and the places just was nothing like the photos except the pool

Everything is on the brink of breaking

Everything in this property is on the brink of breaking and you could be the unlucky person who gets stuck with the bill. The outside light was broken, the bar stools had leather peeling off. If you sat in a bar stool, you would have a leather stuck to your leg. The bunk bed was broken with wood exposed, which was dangerous for kids due to the sharp edges. The vent to the air conditioner was piled with dust. Floor molding was coming off in multiple places. I gave a list upon check in to all the property manager. The lock on the door was on the brink of breaking; it had clearly not been properly fixed (I took pictures); however, they accused us of slamming the door, which is impossible and advised that they would send us a bill. This property is clean; however, everything is the property is "fixed" just enough to get by.

Our family had a great relaxing time during our stay. Easy and prompt communication by Nicholle. The condo is spacious. AC unit is excellent but noisy. Beds are comfy and a few extra blankets. Plenty of towels. Kitchen has cooking essentials but no pantry staples. Sopas are old and dirty with covers. Vacuum, Swiffer mop, broom, and dust pan are available. Parking is tight for bigger vehicles. Balcony has some beach stuff.

Fall break 2022

The condo was in a great location and was the perfect size for us. We had issues with the wireless internet repeatedly kicking us off. Called for help and there wasn't any improvement. The parking garage was difficult to manage and very disorganized. The elevators were inadequate for the size of the resort. Spent way too much time waiting on elevator and trying to get in and out of the garage.

Great family friendly stay

Condo was clean, air worked great, property manager was super nice and let us know about an issue with the patio door before arrival (didn’t affect our stay but she let us know anyway). Only thing I didn’t love was the parking garage is tight but once you get parked it was easy access to the room. Would defined stay here again!

Condo 921 at the Shores of Panama

The Condo itself was very nice and clean. The resort itself was too crowded for our taste. We knew it going in though as we booked late and choices were limited at the time. Overall we enjoyed our stay but would not return to this resort due to the large crowds.
