This unit charges $55 per day per additional guest after 5 Guests
This unit is monitored by a ring doorbell (tampering with the security features of the condo will result in eviction.
If a guest is found to bring additional/unauthorized guess for their stay, it will result in an additional fee of $100 per guest per day or cancellation of the Booking
Wristband bands must be all returned, lost or broken bands are 50.00 each to replace.
Wristbands parking fee is a separate cost
The late check-out fee is $75/ hour and will be assessed at 10:15 AM if the Guest is still in the unit
Every group has to pay a resort fee per stay at the lobby or online

Amazing trip

This is hands down a five star place to stay. It is absolutely super clean and beautifully decorated. The location was amazing. May not be ocean front but when you step out the front door the view is amazing. It’s a quick walk to the beach. A Walmart literally right across the road. It’s a great location within walking distance of many different attractions. The pools were very clean. We definitely can’t wait to come back again. Host was amazing and responded super quick. Don’t hesitate book this beautiful place.

You can see the ocean from the front door and the lake from the back. Beautiful views! Most appliances and furniture seem new. The master bed is a little firm, very comfortable. Right next to the stairs and elevators. Food and shopping right downstairs and able to walk to a lot of shops. The parking garage is great, you can easily walk right over to your room. You don’t have to take the elevator with luggage. Host responded quickly when I had a question. Very easy to get to the beach.

A lovely unit and property

I grew up in the hospitality industry. I’m picky. I prefer the 5th floor because I can still see the activity below but not hear it and it’s just high enough to enjoy the city lights at night. This unit and property had everything we wanted and expected. Communication with the owner was prompt and helpful. The condo was immaculate, the pools were high end designs and spotless. I stumbled upon a very cool two story gym just down the hall, one story below, that had a wonderful view too. The private entrance to the beach was really nice and the sand was like sugar and the water was emerald green—no exaggeration. There was a good mix of all ages and everyone was respectful and friendly to one another. We had a great experience.
