Room was as described. Could have used a few more coffee cups. There were only two cups and four of us in the room. If you’re a coffee drinker bring your own cup! Overall a good stay!

Very nice condo

Condo was very nice and spacious. Convenient parking.. Self Check-in was easy. The view from the balcony is amazing. The pool is huge and not crowded. We had to call housekeeping for a minor issue and they showed up to fix the problem within 10 minutes. I was very impressed with the service. I would definitely stay here again.

I wouldn’t stay here again. The place was not close to anything sanitary. It wasn’t ready at check-in. We had to sit in the tiny walkway by the elevator with tons of groceries melting waiting on the cleaner. The Master bedroom flooded on day 2. The floor had tons of soft spots and moldy trim which was a clear indication there is an ongoing issue. Our bags and clothing that were on the floor got soaked with gross brown water. Management refused to admit any prior knowledge even though a dehumidifier and huge fan were already in place when we arrived they used that same equipment to “fix” the flooding when it occurred. The closet smelt moldy and our clothes did too by the end of the week. The kitchen sink hose has issues The Spare bath has to be plunged every flush Birds live on deck in inches thick pile of feces and tons of dust mite bugs all over porch due to itThe trim throughout is gross Molded shower curtains Molded ceiling in both showers Master tub is rusted The vent in bedroom leaks water down the wall The Porch table is completely rusted Mold in the washing machine Beds are NOT queens as stated in the pics, they are tiny fulls. The air vents were covered in thick dust

Family Vaca

The property was very nice. We enjoyed being right on the gulf. The pool, hot tub, exercise room were nice. The accommodations were everything my family was looking for. The condo could use a little extra TLC, my handyman husband was itching for some tools. Aerators on faucets need a good cleaning, screen door needs adjustment, squeaky master bathroom door., just a few little things.
