I did not receive any email with the code for the door, when I called the number given to me I was told I owed an additional 487.00 before my rental was approved I had booked and paid in full over a month in advance and had my proof but it still took almost 45 minutes before I got the email with the code

Overall we enjoyed our stay. However, the hot tub and splash pad was closed down for 2 weeks when we got there, and it was never communicated to me. The on-site restaurant was closed for the season, and never communicated as well. These are things I look for when booking, so I was very disappointed.When checking in we had to pay 35 for parking pass, which I was also never told about.The condo was very warm, air didn’t seem to work well. Cable tv is actually Roku, and the one in our bedroom was broken. The sinks in our bathroom obviously have a clog somewhere, as the sinks kept backing up. I communicated to the owner about the tv, and he said he would tell maintenance, but nothing was ever fixed. I communicated about the sinks, and never got a response.I really expected better for what I paid.

The host had really great communication. My only complaint on the room was that the beds and couch were pretty uncomfortable. We should’ve packed more bathroom towels as there wasn’t enough. The elevators in the morning and check in and out times were really terrible but that’s no fault of the host.

Great Location

We loved the location not being in the busiest parts of Panama City! The condo was great with both masters having their own access to the balcony overlooking the ocean. The chairs that included in the rental are also such an easy process! We plan on coming back in the future!

Great Family Resort

The space was amazing. We had 4 adults and 4 children 5 and under. There was plenty of room for all of us. The balcony is huge. The rooms are huge and there is plenty of storage space. There was plenty ofparking and that was nice. The pools were nice and shaded. The splash pad with the big bucket was FREEZING. Our kids didn't play on it because of that. But we had tons of fun regardless. Overall, great place and would highly recommend. Perfect for kids. The splash pad/water slides area

Fun relaxing getaway

The unit is beautiful! Splash is a fun place for families. We arrived well after check in and the desk was closed; the PM walked us through what to do and was very responsive via VRBO app. We enjoyed relaxing inside, on the balcony, at the various pools and the beach (which is so conveniently close!). The included beach chair service was the icing on the cake. Highly recommend!

The condo itself was very clean. However the property had bugs crawling outside and inside the lobby and grills. It was also noted that parking would be $25 per two vehicles, but when we arrived we had to pay $35 per vehicle and was told the policy changed in January. I messaged the property owner along with proof of the new parking contract. He stated he was not aware of the new policy change but when I asked for my money back since it was falsely stated he never would respond back to me. I sent multiple messages as well and never got a response.

Would definitely recommend!

We have stayed at Splash multiple times and have always had a good experience. This was the first time renting from this host due to our family growing and needing more space now. The only recommendation that our family would suggest is allowing the air to drop below the fixed temperature. But we will most definitely book again next year!

Great place for family vacation.

We stayed here with our teenage kids and grandparents. Place was great! Plenty of room for all of us. Nice big balcony. Only complaint would be the mattress in one of the master suits needs replaced. The other one was great! Decor feels beachy. Walking distance to some restaurants and shopping. Short drive to pier park. Make sure to bring laundry detergent, paper products, dishwasher detergent etc. would recommend adding some Tupperware to the condo. Plenty of cooking pans and utensils. Easy to get in touch with owner :) We would return!
