Who wouldn’t? This 2 bedroom 2 bath condo, located on the 13th floor has an incredible view of the Gulf in all its glory. This exquisitely furnished and decorated condo will provide you with just another day in paradise! With true artistic vision, this unit in its neutral colors, stylish furnishings, modern decor and just the right touch of sophisticated style, welcomes you as you enter by the beautiful kitchen. Classy white tile floors lead from the entry way, through kitchen, dining room and living room. The kitchen with its granite countertops, modern sleek cabinets and stainless steel appliances make family meal prep time enjoyable. And, that view from the great room; Oh that view! The wooden ‘beachy’ dining table has four (4) chairs and there are four (4) barstools for overflow seating. The living room was furnished by someone with a keen eye for the elegant beach style, making it a great place to be. The tasteful furnishings of the living room include chairs, love seat, and a leather sofa that doubles as a queen size bed. The large flat screen TV is mounted to the wall. The private Gulf front balcony is accessible from the living room and the master bedroom. The master bedroom provides an inviting king size bed, with decorative ceiling fan above it and a wall mounted flat screen TV for evening viewing. The master bath includes a walk-in shower and it is lovely. The 2nd bedroom offers two full size beds and the flat screen TV is mounted on the wall. The wooden flooring in both bedrooms, add to that warm, cozy, beachy feel.This Condo is an elegant showplace. This unit has a washer and dryer provided for efficiency allowing you to take clean clothes home from your vacation.
