This 2- bedroom, 2- bathroom condo is PERFECT for your next vacation to Panama City Beach! Located on the 5th floor, you have amazing, wide- open ocean views with all the comforts of home. Step in and enjoy the open layout, which allows for tons of natural light to pour in. Enter into the property and step into the kitchen, featuring stainless steel appliances and granite counters and is fully stocked with all of the small appliances, utensils and linens you need. Enjoy your morning coffee from the Keurig right at the kitchen bar, or head out to your private balcony and enjoy the sunrise over the Gulf Coast waters. You can enjoy a sit- down dinner with everyone at the dining table, which seats six. There is even a full dining set on the balcony to enjoy breakfast or just relax with a sunset cocktail. The living area features ample seating and a large, flat- screen TV, which is perfect for movie nights.

The Master Bedroom features a KING bed, with modern décor and its own ocean views. You can step straight onto the balcony and feel the ocean breeze! There is an en suite bathroom with a large vanity and a tiled, walk- in shower with glass door. There is a TV in this room as well, making it a true, relaxing retreat from a long day at the beach. The second bedroom has 2 queen beds, with plenty of storage, its own flat screen TV and its own en suite bathroom, which has a tub/ shower combination. A new Queen sleeper sofa is available in the living area if needed.

There are so many lovely touches in the property, it makes going on vacation easy! A washer and dryer are located in the property for your convenience, vinyl and tile floors throughout, and all the fun of the beach is right outside your door. One set of beach chairs is included in this rental for the 2025 season.

Ocean Villas is a 23-story condominium resort offering stunning views of the beautiful emerald waters and amazing sunsets of Panama City Beach from every condo and their private balcony. Centrally located in the heart of Panama City Beach, it is just a short distance from shopping, dining, entertainment and all of the local, favorite beach hang-outs. We loved our stay at ocean villa #504. Beautiful condo The master bed was the only thing that seemed like it may need replaced. Comfortable but frame makes noise like it’s broken somewhere. We enjoyed the complimentary beach chairs. Ocean villa is our first choice for staying at PCB

We rented this condo for bike week and was not disappointed. Beach out back and motorcycles out front. Everything was as listed and the property was very nice and clean. Would have liked to have extra towels for the amount of people but we made do.... would stay here again

Nicely equipped and beautiful decor. Easy check in and out and good communication from host. Only complaint is the master king bed is very noisy-seems to be broken. I don’t know about you but on vacation I like to sleep and the bed made it difficult. Overall a great week

Wonderful Week in PCB!

We had a wonderful week in PCB! The condo was clean, well kept, and everything was as described in the listing. The location was great! Many great restaurants within walking distance, or a very short drive / Uber ride. The pools and hot tub were very nice, and the employees made sure they were kept clean. The check-in / check-out process was very easy. Would recommend staying at this condo!

Everything was great about our entire trip. The property is well groomed and management is great. Condo was well furnished, two bedrooms with two full baths. Great kitchen. Counter/bar was comfortable. Living space large with pull-out leather sofa. Balcony overlooking the ocean is fabulous. Will request this unit (504) again.

Great girls trip

Great time at Panama City Beach

I wanted a nice condo that was located in a less crowded beach location, however not far from beach activities. This location was the perfect fit. We found this condo very clean at or arrival. Well equipped. If you don't want to bring your own food.... Walmart is less than a mile drive. I like to fish, and the county pier is a great pier and probably about a mile drive. The Pompano were running, and everyone seemed to be catching fish... what fun! Although our stay was late April and not prime time yet; we found our beach less crowded that other locations at this same time. The deck is very spacious with a great ocean view. Cracked the sliding door a little at night and slept so good listening to the ocean through the night. My only complaint is the master bedroom mattress really needs to be replaced. Feels like you are on an ocean wave. Hopefully it will be updated soon.

Great Condo on the beach

The condo was really nice. Great location. Very roomie and clean. Pool and hot tub were nice. Stores and restaurants within walking distance. Go carts, mini golf, walking maze, and zoo nearby. One bad thing was the no alcohol law on the beach during March.

Love This Condo

CONS: The only reason the cleanliness was not rated 5 was Housekeeping did not clean well around bottom and back of toilet area so I had to. Living room furniture is not very comfortable. We can not say anything bad about the building except there is a wind tunnel affect that makes it colder on chilly days and creates a loud noise on very windy days or nights. PROS: Building is very clean! Great ocean and lagoon view! Great location! Nice patio furniture!
