Location not convenient a long walk to the city center, very modern and clean room but some of the lights were not working, front office staff very friendly and helpful but not so in the restaurant specially with breakfast.
We celebrated our anniversary here and were upgraded to suite overlooking city & mountains. Roberto at front desk was very helpful. We were surprised by iced bottle of champagne & glasses shortly after arrival. We stayed an extra day as the hotel was so convenient & peaceful. Thanks to the staff for a great stay.
We stayed at the Alma during the 2014 festival of St. Fermin. Hotels are high during festival but Alma worth every penny. Modern, minimalist design, huge suite rooms in quiet neighborhood about 1 1/2 miles walk from old town. I prearranged shuttle from hotel to encierro -- hotel did not have record of my shuttle reservation but quickly paid for taxi when I produced our emails. Restaurant, spa/pool facilities are gorgeous. Staff and amenities are first rate.
Staying at Alma Pamplona Muga de Beloso Hotel was an amazing experience. Hotel is brand new, rooms are big (Superior room) and have a great view. Amenities in the hotel are great and food is delicious. Staff was always helpful, specially Maria at the front desk. Hope to come back and enjoy a little more of Pamplona.
Stunning modern design, my room had a fantastic view. The best breakfast, not included in the room but well worth it. A 20-minute walk from the heart of the city. Brand new when I visited.
