Cant say enough about the quality of guest service, Excellent hospitality by all hotel personnel, Marina Galindo front desk and all the helpful staff Also they have a really nice restaurant. We were celebrating my husbands birthday, they kindly offer to take me and my daughters to buy some balloons and and a birthday card to surprise my husband. (We always book 2 rooms).
Amazing place to stay! Service was impeccable and Sergio looked after us both nights, a really nice man with great manners. Would come back again just for the bread. The bar and gym are amazing amenities paired well with the very Bond villain style to the hotel itself.
When you arrive you are completely impressed. Wow ! This must have been quite a hotel when it opened a few years ago. Now the first impression still is great. But when you look a little closer...paint is peeling off, dust here and there, dirty stripes on the walls...waist of the shower doesn't work properly...terraces and garden are not so clean...Breakfast is badly organised...we were asked at what time we would take breakfast...we were 15 minutes late and still the buffet was in preperation...Conclusion: great value, nice hotel...but it can go two ways...or management will take action, take on the maintenance problems and find a solution for the sloppy breakfast service...or the hotel will go downhill...either way we will check again next year...
Amazing hotel with a beautiful and modern decoration, big rooms with a great view . Great for relaxing , with SPA and swimming pool. We really enjoyed our time there. Really recommend. Great food. Amazing service.
The hotel is located just outside of Pamplona but close enough to walk in. If fact there is a lovely walk from the hotel to the town along a river. If you sangria gets to you and you prefer a taxi for your return this will only 6 Euros or so. The hotel itself is very contemporary in design and the rooms are exceptional. Ours had a full width window looking over the hills above Pamplona - a stunning view. It also had a huge bath and a separate shower room. There is also a spa with pool, sauna, steam room and a gym. The staff were friendly and English was spoken for those who Espanol is s little challenged. We used the hotel restaurant on our last night and the food was exceptional. It was also acceptably priced for the venue. Hotels such as this can be a rare find and we will certainly be returning.
We chose this hotel against our better judgment, initially we wanted to be in the centre of Pamplona, but the style and features of the hotel drew us to it. It is an excellent hotel and the rooms are befitting of a hotel that is double the price. The walk into Pamplona is easy and very scenic. Would recommend highly
Entering into the Alma Muga de Beloso which is a little out of town, you will find clean modern lines, minimal decor and yet it is very inviting. The reception offered us an array of freshly flavored waters and personal service. Our big surprise was the use of our fingerprints as a way to unlock the door to our room and a few locations in the hotel. I have actually never encountered this type of keyless operation and found it easy and fun. Our executive suite was large and considered very large by European standards. We had a very large terrace over looking the lavender fields and a view of a mountain. The room was clean and well but simply appointed. I recommend getting a room away from the reception as it can get a bit noisy in the mornings, however is we had closed the door from the bedroom to the bathroom we may not have heard the morning activity. We had room 103. Breakfast was not included and I felt it was a bit expensive for what we were offered. The French omelette I chose was incredibly salty. Coffee was not available unless you went to the restaurant and ordered it and of course paid for it. The coffee was delicious and of course European small. The fitness center which is a rarity in most small European hotels is one of the reasons we chose this hotel. The gym was small and did not have weights, but had a different machine which allowed me to do various exercises with weight. Don't expect much but it was adequate and clean. I would absolutely stay here again and felt it was priced right.
Where to start with...All was fantastic. The hotel is very new and thought with lots of detail. The room was as big as an apartment with a huge bed and even a terrace. The spa was very good also. Incredible breakfast and the personnel extra friendly. The only thing to consider is that is about a 10 minutes ride to the city center. For us that was not a problem so we took it and we will definitely come back when visiting Pamplona.
This hotel was fabulous. Great location, easy 15 minute walk to the town, really quiet area. Loved the room, it was enormous! I especially loved the James Bond like fingerprint entry system, as I'm always misplacing key cards for my room. Lovely high end Malin & Goetz toiletries, two robes and two pairs of slippers in the room. Didn't eat here, as shockingly breakfast was extra which is a bit cheeky given the cost of the rooms! Perfect location for the bullrun. Staff were really nice and helpful. The hotel was really clean, modern, but not too stuffy. Bed was enormous and to die for! Really comfortable. I find hotels in France and Spain to be very basic and dated, but this hotel is the exception. Stay here, you won't be disappointed!
Location - For being away from the partying; was excellent. But getting to/from town was a hike by foot. Easily 20+ minutes away from the main attractions. You also must take a taxi to/from the train station. The hotel is super modern - I felt like 007 with the fingerprint door key and the room was very minimalist - the photos represent the hotel exactly. My only complaint was the shower did not drain well and the room was wildly dusty. As soon as your head hit the pillow, poof of dust. We were only there for 2 nights, so didn't complain about either, and not sure if that was isolated to our room only. I felt extremely safe and the hotel was very accommodating with our needs associated with the Running of the Bulls. About 1/2 way between the hotel and town is a gas station where you can buy beverages for the walk to/from. For the options in Pamplona, I would not hesitate to stay there again. The prices were inflated at about $300 USD/night, but that was a bargain compared to what was in town. The pool was small and indoors - like a spa and musty/humid - we did not go in due to the heat.
