Hotels in Pamplemousses

"Adult pool, Ansh and Saif were absolutely brilliant and Chef Ramen was absolutely fantastic and did an outstanding job for our friend who had allergies. Spa was beautiful and excellent treatments in particular the massages. Really enjoyed the “wine and clay” experience 10/10. Certain aspects let the resort down and make it not quite 5* in my opinion, service isn’t fantastic and the sun loungers are very basic ( I know petty but these things make a difference). The swimming pool was broken for three days when we arrived. Lunch and dinner menus in the restaurants are virtually the same so is fine for a week but becomes very samey any longer. Gin bar isn’t included in the package and they don’t make that clear. The restaurant Inti is the standard all 5* hotel restaurants should be and the others are really letting the hotel down. Unfortunately if you don’t tip when you arrive you won’t get as good as service as the people who have! That being said the hotel is beautiful and it has all the makings to be 5* just need to get the finer details sorted and it would be incredible! "

"The food is excellent, the staff is very welcoming and helpful. Our room( Bang on the beach) had a wonderful view onto the beach. You could walk far in both directions from the hotel. The water is clear and clean. The sand is soft. It was a wonderful experience !"
