Mattress was super soft made sleeping very hard as you sunk into the bed. Water pressure was terrible, no real water flow at all in shower or bathroom tap Waited for 5 minutes to be seated at breakfast when only a few people were dining, had to go and find someone. The food when served was ok, coffees were cold WiFi was intermittent and had to renew every 24 hours Basically the hotel is not up to Millennium standard Location was good though Staff very friendly and helpful

We stayed on a Saturday. There was just one staff member running the restaurant + bar + room service. The poor person was run off their feet. We waited and waited for the bill, walked up and down, and ended up giving up and going back to our room. The room was a good size. However, the bathroom water pressure was abysmal and to top it off, there was basically no hot water to the point where we didn't bother showering the following morning as a result. When we checked out, the person at the front desk didn't ask how our stay was, and if everything was okay, which is a stock-standard question to ensure quality control. It was super disappointing. We don't be back.

The remote for the TV didnt work so I spoke to reception who said they would sort it. I waited 2hrs then went to bed. I mentioned it when I checked and and all the receptionist said was "Oh, thats a shame". Pretty disappointed.
