The c'as Bomber estate offers a virgin view of the surroundings and the sea. Especially golf lovers can practice their favorite sport here. The 18-hole Puntiró Golf Club is located in front of the urbanization. Our house offers enough space for a relaxing holiday with the whole family, has a large pool, the magnificent terrace with stunning views invites you to relax. The house is equipped with all comforts. The living room with fireplace has satellite TV, NETFLIX and wifi, a large sofa, which will ensure cozy hours during your vacation. 3 double bedrooms, one with bathroom. The other bedroom is equipped with two single beds. All air-conditioned rooms have access to the terrace and the pool. It is well connected by road to visit all the places of our beautiful island.

Villa de rêve

La maison de Juan Carlos est incroyable! Située à la campagne dans une zone centrale, en hauteur, la vue est à couper le souffle. Le quartier est très tranquille. Les installations extérieures offrent plusieurs espaces pour se détendre et manger en famille dans un superbe environnement. La grande piscine permet de se rafraichir. La cuisine est bien aménagée, les 4 chambres sont très confortables avec air climatisé. Il y a 2 autres air climatisés dans la maison (salon et cuisine). Puisque la maison est située en hauteur, il y a souvent une bonne brise qui souffle. Excellente communication avec Juan Carlos. Il nous a bien conseillés (match de l'Euro dans un resto sportif avec des gens de Majorque et non des touristes) et pour toutes ses attentions dont prévoir une collation dans le frigo en arrivant puisqu'il était très tard, bière et limon! Je recommande sans hésitation et je reviendrais volontiers dans la maison de Juan Carlos avec ma famille. Merci pour tout!

Nous sommes venue en famille et entre amies . La maison est vraiment incroyable, il y avait tous pour ce sentir bien et profiter pleinement de nos vacances . La vue est époustouflante surtout avec le coucher du soleil. Elle se situe dans un domaine sous surveillance et le coin est très calme . La maison était très propre ainsi que le linge de lit . Nous avons eu un très bonne accueil , l’hôte est très réactif et disponible pour la moindre demande. Nous reviendrons sans hésitations .

Nur zu empfehlen

Wir hatten so einen schönen Urlaub und das war nicht nur dem guten Wetter geschuldet sondern auch dieser schönen Finca. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett. Sprechen zwar nur spanisch aber mit Google Übersetzer und Händen und Füßen haben wir alles verstanden! Das Haus war sehr ordentlich und einfach zum wohlfühlen. Wir waren mit 2 Kindern da und kann es nur empfehlen. Und wurde ein kinderbett gestellt Spielsachen für den Pool waren auch vorhanden. Absolute weiterempfehlen!

Wir waren 2 Wochen zu zweit im Haus von Juan Carlos. Eine rustikale finca mit einer tollen Weitsicht und einem super großem Pool! Man hat alles was man braucht, der nächste Supermarkt in son ferriol ist 10 Minuten entfernt. Die Innenstadt von Palma ist in knapp 20 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Die Kommunikation vor Ort lief mit Juan Carlos über WhatsApp sehr einfach! Er antwortet umgehend und hilft bei jeder Frage weiter! Wir hatten einen Mietwagen, was wir jedem der hier wohnt empfehlen würden. Wir hatten eine super schöne ruhige Zeit und können diese finca nur weiter empfehlen.

Great house for families - beautiful view and pool area:-)

We stayed in Juan Carlos and wifes house end of july , and we enjoyed it very much.It was very hot 35-38 degrees celsius, and the aircon in all rooms made it possible to sleep and stay indoor. The rooms are perfect for up to 8 persons - the pool is very large and perfect for the kids:-) The kitchen could do with a little more glasses and cups etc. but its details, overall we had such a great stay - enjoyed the closeness to Palma , and relatively short drive to all the great beaches. Groceries is 10 minutes away. Quiet location.
