Excellent two-bedroom apartment (with tourist licence number TI / 170), simple but with everything you need, located in a building in the centre of Palma; Perfectly located in a lively area in the old town but with the tranquility of being on a street with hardly any traffic, they have views from the balcony and plenty of light due to the three large windows it has.



You will find a fully equipped kitchen (with ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, fridge, freezer and washing machine) and a recently renovated bathroom with a shower. Then you will have two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds); In the living room-dining room they have several sofas and armchairs as well as a dining table; Television and free WIFI access.



The only small drawback of this apartment is that it is located on the 3rd floor, a small effort will be necessary that will take you to a unique place in the city (VERY IMPORTANT NO LIFT!).



It is located in the heart of the fashionable neighbourhood of Sa Gerreria in Palma, a neighbourhood with lots of essence with all kinds of bars, restaurants, shops and urban art. You don't have to worry about noise or anything similar, as it is located on a very quiet street you can rest from the murmur generated by the cities and at the same time have all the amenities within walking distance. Located 250 metres from Plaça de Cort and Plaça Major and only 800 metres from Plaça d'Espanya where most public transport is centralised (Sóller Train, Airport Bus, Buses to all destinations on the island).



NB: A deposit of €250 will be withheld during your stay.

40th Birthday break in Palma

This apartment was perfect for our needs. Very clean, comfy beds and we were glad of the air conditioning. It was in a great location in the centre of town with plenty of amenities. The apartment itself was very quiet and we were not disturbed by any noise. Perfect apartment with everything that you need for a short stay.

Eine Wohnung in sehr guter zentraler Lage in der Altstadt und in ausreichender Größe für 4 Personen. Es gab ein paar keinere Kritikpunkte, die aber unsere positive Meinung in Bezug auf die Wohnung nicht sonderlich einschränken konnten. Abgesehen davon war die Agentur sofort bemüht, Abhilfe zu schaffen. Alles in allem eine gelungene Woche.

Als ich mir jetzt die Bilder nochmal angeschaut habe,ist mir aufgefallen(leider zu spät),das die Möblierung nicht mit meiner Buchung übereinstimmt.(hat man wohl vorher ausgetauscht)Außerdem wohnten wir nicht Sidicat sondern Carrer dels hostals.Die Küche war nicht in Ordnung,zusammengewürfeltes Porzellan, furchtbares Besteck,keine einheitlichen Gläser,die Abzugshaube müsste dringend ausgewechselt werden.Fenster waren nicht dicht und haben bei dem Sturm furchtbar geklappert.Die Umgebung hat uns für vieles entschädigt. Was noch negativ war,die Modalitäten der Bezahlung. Anders als bei FE-WO.de angekündigt. Mit freundlichen Grüßen. Ich erwarte allerdings eine Rückmeldung Gisela Roediger
