The best Boho Living in Palm Springs. Situated across the street from Demuth Park, Palm Springs' largest city park – with 61 acres, 12 pickle ball courts, and 13-mile Gene Autry Trail. The home, with 3BD/2BA (plus bonus game room), is beautifully updated with local art and the latest Boho style. With a separated primary suite at the rear, you won't feel crammed. Lounge outdoors from morning to evening in the sunny pool area with covered patio. Enjoy the mountain views from the hot tub, with easy indoor/outdoor access.

If you need to work while you play, desk space and great wifi are provided. Off-street parking and 2-car garage available. Your four-legged family members will LOVE the two dog parks just minutes from your front door.

POOL HEAT: Ensure a comfortable swim with optional pool heating, available upon request at booking or before your arrival. The pool is heated to 87º from 7 AM to 7 PM throughout your stay.
Rates vary by season:
-November–March: $75/night
-April, May, October: $50/night
-Not needed in other months

For stays under 7 nights, pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay—we cannot heat it for select days.
A 24-hour notice is required to ensure optimal warmth on your first night. Heating begins the day before your arrival at no extra charge.

HOT TUB: Indulge in the ultimate relaxation with our hot tub, conveniently heated at your fingertips using a remote control. Please note that the hot tub is not pre-heated before arrival, but worry not—there's no extra charge (even if not opting for pool heat) to enjoy its warmth. Simply activate it whenever you desire, creating the perfect atmosphere for a soothing soak during your stay.

Dog Fee Information (up to 2 dogs/stay)
Stays between 2-20 nights, there is a $89/dog/stay fee.
Stays of 21 nights or more, there is a $199/dog/stay fee.
We ask that you pick up after your pet if they relieve themselves in the yard. Signs of extensive pet damage, could result in additional fees. Any signs of pets on the property without our knowledge will incur an additional $500 fee. Sorry not feline friendly.

This home is well decorated and stocked... furniture, beds, linens, bathroom, artwork, kitchen were comfortable, stylish and in great condition. Everything we could want was there...for example, bathroom towels were good quality plus there were extra towels by the pool, makeup towels on the sink in the bathroom; everything we might need for serving and cooking; the bedrooms felt stylish and homey. The check in was so easy. Great communication and coordination well before our rental, the day of, and in check out. Neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed a beautiful park right across the street made it easy to walk our dogs.We had a Housefull, but the sleeping areas were well separated from the living room and kitchen so it was easy to let guests sleep when others were up and about.Nice inside and outside dining areas and a large open living room for visiting .

The house was everything we needed it to be. First of all, everything worked and everything was clean, which is rare. We never needed to call Ryson but they were there if we needed them. Beds comfortable, pool heating perfect, great jacuzzi. I feel, for seniors, it would be better to have some kind of railing installed to enter jacuzzi. Location is nice in that it is across from a big park with tennis and pickleball, but somewhat unwalkable in terms of food, grocery shopping etc. But that's the desert for you.

Comfortable house, pool & amenities in a noisy setting.

House was as described and depicted in pictures- comfortable and well equipped. Pool and hot tub were great! It was nice to access the walking paths in the large park across the street…however, the constant variety of annoying noise all day, starting early in the morning and lasting into most evenings do not make this rental a completely wonderful place and especially if one wants to enjoy sitting in the back by the pool and having even a little bit of peace and quiet. Work equipment in the park gets going around 6 or 6:30 a.m and one hears the beep-beep-beep ALL day long. Tree trimming, weed whacking, heavy equipment noises, screaming, cheering, loud music and whistles from soccer & soft ball games goes on all weekend and several evenings during the week. (There are alot of soccer and softball fields in this park .) The house is on a pretty busy street and so one can hear the constant noise of traffic as the house sits on a corner by a stop sign. The noise was so disappointing for our month long stay…but, as I noted, the house and pool/hot tub are nice.
