After checking in, I was told that there would be no power from 1 AM to 5 AM. My flight is early in the morning and I will have to get dressed and pack in the dark.
Room was very clean and comfortable. Property was lovely.
Property gated. Friendly employees. Walls thin which limits privacy.
Will definitely stay here again!
The pool area was very nice. The apartments are very spacious. It was great to bbq there.
The condo was spacious and just what we needed. Everything was clean and the staff was responsive and quick if we needed anything. Definitely recommend!

Relaxing, quiet and peaceful. Plenty of pool furniture. Very friendly staff.

Great place to stay. We golfed at cimarron course right next door, and it was a nice room. Parking garages are nice. The rooms are like a studio apartment. Only complaint is that the walls between hotel rooms are a little thin. We would definitely stay again.
Great Hotel, right next to the driving range. Nice, clean room. Cool TV.
It was a great last minute find. The property was geated and the rooms were cleaned. The staff was always happy to help.
Hotel was great. Pool was clean and a perfect size. spa was hot. lots of grass for kids to play on. the BBQ's made it easy to not leave the property. great views at sunset of the golf course and mountains. slight issue with the AC not working the first night. studio room we had is perfect for a couple of 2. Family of 4 a tad tight. If you have a family get a one bedroom..like we will next time. otherwise...great time..we will be back!!
Hotel check in was excellent, Nice Friendly Staff. The One Bedroom was very roomy and comfortable, which includes a full kitchen to cook and save money! The pool area was clean and great place to relax. I will definitely stay at this resort again.
Friendly and accommodating staff, but a horrible experience!!! Found bugs as we rolled out the ottoman and a bunch of black bugs sprung out. Out of horror, we packed up our things and checked out 4 hours earlier than planned. This is my vacation and to have to leave early because of sanitary reasons is a definite disappointment. Left a note for maintenance and calmly told the front desk, who simply said they would have it checked. I wanted to save my complaints to the manager, who could actually help me (I thought). Took four tries to get a hold of the manager who did listen to my complaints but reminded me that the hotel already gave me a courtesy late check out and that it was only ants - not bed bugs - which are normal in the desert. When a bunch of bugs are all over your bed, you don't care what kind they are!! Manager repeatedly said he was confused and did not know why I was calling or what I was asking for. He also said that I didn't make a big deal at the front desk....so he is punishing me for having good manners and saving this complaint to the manager instead of his staff?? SO FRUSTRATED that he didn't care his linens are swarmed with bugs and that nothing was offered to compensate for our disgusting stay. Paul - I hope you are reading this and remember that this is not a small complaint, but the beginning of many dissatisfied customers!!
The front desk staff which worked were very friendly and professinal. They made our stay easier and better with great customer service. And the room was more than my wife and I expected. It was such a cozy well managed room, this trip certainly brought us joy and we will be coming back.
