For those occasional work commitments, a dedicated desk and workspace with a daybed are thoughtfully provided in the front room. Located just a 7-minute stroll to Ruth Hardy Park and a breezy 5-minute bike ride to Downtown Palm Springs, this retreat seamlessly combines serenity with accessibility.
POOL HEAT: Ensure a comfortable swim with optional pool heating, available upon request at booking or before your arrival. The pool is heated to 87º from 7 AM to 7 PM throughout your stay.
Rates vary by season:
-November–March: $75/night
-April, May, October: $50/night
-Not needed in other months
For stays under 7 nights, pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay—we cannot heat it for select days.

We really enjoyed our stay - back yard was perfect for hanging out, pool was fantastic and well maintained, grass was nice to lounge on. House was perfect for two couples and had everything we needed.

Great home overall. Kitchen cabinet doors were broken. Was notified prior to my arrival and was asked if I wanted them repaired. I responded with an affirmative. Received no update during my stay. Maintenance worker did arrive as I was departing and I had no idea he was coming.
Beautiful home overall and I enjoyed my stay. The outdoor space is incredible!!

Spacious open layout.Well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Private nicely landscaped front and back yards. Excellent pool and spa. Property manager was very responsive. Kitchen cabinets are in serious need of repair. Master bathroom shower sprays water over the entire floor since it has no shower curtain and the tub will not hold water. Cement decking around pool and spa needs replacement.

Great Movie Colony East house for four people
Perfect location near Ruth Hardy park and walkable to downtown. This house has a very pleasant back yard, pool, and spa. It's well equipped and cared-for. Comfortable beds. Roomy kitchen for a two-bedroom house.
Pet hummingbirds in the yard! (if you give them some fresh sugar water)
We would love to stay here again in the future.

We enjoyed our stay. The house is in a good location to downtown Palm Springs and near shopping centers. The house had everything we needed a pool, cozy beds, kitchen ready to cook in, spacious living area for the four of us. Clean and well organized.
