Ramon Estados is a great condo community is central Palm Springs on 10 acres. There are 134 condos with units from 13 bedrooms. The Ramon Estados offers two large pools, two spas, a gym, a sauna, 4 lighted tennis courts, a game room, and barbecues.

The condo is on the second floor featuring a vaulted ceiling, private terrace with views of the mountains and the landscaped grounds. Interior design is style is 1980s desert spa (see the photos and that will make sense!) . Full kitchen, plenty of storage and central air! Community is quiet and gated. Rental comes with additional storage unit if needed.

Please note, this is a 30 day+ rental property.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a dining table.

This property was better than I expected. It was very clean and spacious. Extremely quiet property. Beautifully landscaped with gorgeous views. Property has 2 pools and favors Pickleball with 4 courts. Adam John even supplies Pickleball equipment if you wish to play. Centrally located between the airport and downtown PS. Convenient walking to grocery store, Starbucks, CVS, etc. Adam John is an extremely thoughtful host outfitting the unit very every amenity and convenience from bullet blender to make smoothies to cotton swabs on the vanity. All necessary supplies were furnished. Laundry room was very close and simple to use with an app. I highly recommend this condo for a long stay. It was a pleasure.

Spacious condo in great location

This condo is located in a well-maintained complex close to downtown Palm Springs. A grocery store, restaurants, and other amenities are within a short walk. The condo has everything you need for a long stay: pool towels, full set of cookware, sharp knives, etc. The bed has a comfortable memory foam mattress and the bathroom vanity has plenty of space/storage. We enjoyed the unit and would stay there again.

Clean, Cozy and Chic

Adam's place is a true gem. The location is convenient to downtown and within walking distance to restaurants, shopping and groceries. The condo has all utensils and equipment you could need for a month's stay or more. The people in the complex are quite pleasant and friendly. Adam is very responsive and professional. Would definitely recommend.
