What an absolute dream. The house was to quote the tv show FRIENDS, “ It’s not just clean, but Monica clean”. The bed in the master bedroom was like sleeping on a cloud. We both slept so soundly ever night. The pool/hot tub and the back yard were an oasis. The neighborhood was so quiet you could hear a pin drop. The kitchen had everything. Even a tea pot , which is rare to find in the VRBOs I have rented before. Not everyone is a coffee drinker and my husband appreciates you having that teapot. We love Palm Springs and your house was the best place we have ever stayed at in PS. We’ll definitely be back later in the year, but we are going to stay longer. Thank you again, Dave and Sarah. Cute cozy vibes. We loved our stay! Close proximity to town and hikes. The house was well stocked with everything we needed - from extra water bottles - to phone chargers. 10/10 recommend!

Excellent Home with everything you need. Although not the "biggest" home, this house has evrything you need to make for a relaxing and comfortable vacation. Beautiful and private outdoor space, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable rooms and beds, easy check-in and check-out, evrything worked and functioned properly.

The space is stunning. Clean, charming, and inviting. It felt very private and still close to everything we wanted to do in town. The hosts were ready to answer any questions and gave us the privacy we wanted. Would stay here again.

Great place for a family spring break

We had a great time at David and Sarah’s Palm Springs home. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all our meals from home. The pool and hot tub were so nice to relax and play in after our mornings spent hiking. And the beds were so comfortable!The hosts were very responsive and everything was very clean.

Sunny getaway!

The home was exactly as in the pictures. Very cute, plenty of room, and privacy. It was very easy to Uber around. There was a lot of restaurants, shopping, and hiking close. The outside area and pool were terrific. We really enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic place

This home is exactly as described—thoughtfully decorated with all conveniences. Beds, showers, towels—everything was first class. The only complaint we had—which is completely out of the hosts control—is that we couldn’t enjoy the beautiful outdoor areas due to powerful winds the whole time we stayed. The spa is wonderful but don’t rely on the sun to heat the pool. The neighbors are super close but the outside space is fully fenced and private. It IS a very quiet spot and you should expect to respect that.we would absolutely stay there again.
