Check in was simple and friendly. The room was immaculate. The matress was comfortable. It is outside the regular tourist area, but was a very easy six miles to get to downtown Palm Springs using Ramone Rd, or the airport. Nearby Starbucks for morning coffee.

room was ok... walls & ceilings are not very sound proof, so it was a bit loud. Also, I could easily connect to wifi, but their wifi was not connected to the internet, so it was kind of pointless. anyway, unable to use internet while there. Other than that, bed was comfy, shower was nice.

The room was great. It was remodeled. The parking was right out front by the front office. The only problem in the biggest issue was we got back from a concert and we were dead asleep and the people above us came in and started partying in about 3:30 in the morning. Called down to the front desk they supposedly called over there to talk to them and it went on until the second call, which was at 3:45 AM and nothing else was fixed and we called at 4:45 AM and we said we’re checking out. We want our money back because nobody would do anything about this party going on upstairs, which was just super loud and scream screaming. Zero support from the office.

The room was updated and very clean. Great inexspensive safe place next to flying J to spend the night before going to the airport. Property and streets well lit at night. We will stay again coming in and out of Palm Springs airport.

Great room but the a/c and heater unit was so loud, it hums like an explosion. The truck stops is next to the hotel so be prepared to packed your ear plugs.
