Great Hime. Family Friendly
This house is so nice and super family friendly. We had 5 kids in our group and they had so much fun in the backyard, pool, and game room. The rooms are also really nice, with comfortable beds and big TVs in each one. Everything was clean and nicely decorated. You can tell the owners and property managers put in a lot of thoughtfulness and care into the amenities.
We stayed in the home for three days and two nights. On the first night, we had a maintenance issue (not the owner’s fault, it was just one of those things) The host responded immediately, even tho it was after hours. They sent someone out to take care of it and they were there in 15 mins. Keep in mind this was at 11:00pm, so I really wasn’t expecting them to send someone out right away. I was very impressed by the host’s responsiveness, and they were so helpful, courteous, and apologetic for the interruption of our trip. They handled the situation so professionally and really went above and beyond. Their quick action really saved the day and made it so we could relax and enjoy the rest of our stay without any further disruptions. 10/10 would stay here again.
