The 3500 sq ft mid-century home is nestled in the mountains at the south end of Palm Springs. Araby Nights are all about the entertain-at-home vibe. Boasting 3500 square feet of living space plus 1200 square feet of covered outdoor space, this grand property is more akin to a boutique hotel than a private villa. The four California King bedrooms each have an en suite or dedicated bathroom, along with TV and private patio. This will ensure every guest in your group enjoys maximum privacy and serenity.

We are re-opening this premiere vacation rental property “Araby Nights” after a 2-year renovation hiatus and we’re proud to report that our family and friends have given their Araby experience awesome reviews. Guests love the brand-new, oversized salt swimming pool and spa with a 50’ lap lane. (Don’t worry swimmers, we have extra goggles). The room that guests bet drinking games on? That would be the brand-new 500 square foot detached Casita, a Mid Century marvel of poolside paradise. Unwind from the crowd in the spacious bedroom with a wall of windows over the pool and drop-dead gorgeous views of the San Jacinto Mountains. Other Casita amenities include a luxury bathroom with rainforest shower, tub and a full, private kitchen.

The main house is the heart of the villa, a open-plan layout that boasts a living room worthy of the Rat Pack. Curl up with a book on the stunning, newly upholstered B & B Italia sectional; warm up in front of the decadent stone fireplace and admire another degree of breathtaking mountain views. the pool was nice as was the guest house, but the main house and all that was inside was tired and either worn out or in disrepair. Numerous lights didn't work. Windows and doors didn't have screens. The garage was a complete junk storage pile. Cabinets didn't close. Paint was peeling from the walls. Wouldn't stay there again.

The pool and hot tub were fantastic. Big enough for swimming laps and lounging on floats. In November, The pool was in full sun in the morning and then fully shaded by 3 pm which was a plus for those of us with fair skin. The owner, Jeffrey, was very accommodating and helpful!House was in a quiet neighborhood with no airport noise.

Just returned from a very pleasant 7-night stay. The home has a very pleasant and relaxed vibe with mid-century style cues. The home is set up for fun, with swimming pool, hot tub, lounge chairs, table, tennis, foosball and games readily available. Host Jeffrey was extremely helpful and pleasant helping us get settled in and responding rapidly to request for assistance. Sitting out back was very pleasant with mountains in the background, and the hummingbirds buzzing around the garden.

Palm Springs treat

The house was very spacious with a gorgeous garden and pool area. Plus it was in a lovely quiet neighbourhood. We all loved it and were very appreciative of our host Jeffrey’s efforts to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

Great house and great host. Everything you need for a weekend or a week stay. We had a fun family weekend from Friday-Monday. The only downside, and not the hosts fault, is the rear neighbors are super sensitive about noise. We were enjoying the pool during the middle of a scorching hot day, with no music, and were told that we were being too loud. Although we were still within the Palm Springs Noise Ordinance. If your group is super quiet then it's a perfect relaxing getaway and I would recommend. If your group is slightly more rambunctious when outside in the pool or playing foosball/ping pong then there may be some concerns. Otherwise a great stay with a great host.

Perfect Stay!

I’d like to start by saying that it’s rather difficult to find a short term rental that is both wheelchair accessible and dog friendly and we found both with this spacious rental! It was a delight to be able to have my mother stay comfortably and with a roll in shower! The house was great, there are lots of activities there such as a pool table, ping pong and foosball, something for everyone! Our host Jeffrey was very helpful and accommodating, we will definitely be back!

Wonderful Stay at Araby Nights

This home was perfect for our family. Jeffrey was a responsive and informative host. We highly recommend his home. We enjoyed the closeness to the Parker Palm where we attended family wedding events. We all took walks on the scenic trail nearby. The home was wonderful for gathering together with all of the outside areas. Pool and Spa were clear, clean and warm. Kitchen and seating areas were laid out for comfort and function. The home was clean and had all needed. We enjoyed also easily walking to nearby stores TJMax, Jensens Grocery -yes we found newspapers! and Manhattan restaurant. Thank you Jeffrey.

Family Resort

This is a wonderful property to spend quality time with your extended family. We had our two sons, their spouses, a nine year old child, and even a family pet for a weeklong stay. The property easily accommodated our group and a few more would not have been a problem. The sitting areas were numerous from large to intimate, inside and outside. The living room could easily accommodate up to 12 people or so in comfort. There were plenty of areas to eat. For multi-generational families, the casita enables parents/grandparents to go to bed earlier without being disturbed by the young adults. This property has numerous amenities (pool, spa, ping pong, pool, bbq grill) that assured we were never bored. We all felt that we had our own private family resort for the week. I would highly recommend.

Wonderful Property!

Wonderful Vacation Property

Jefrey was a terrific host. My husband and I spent a month in Palm Springs entertaining friends and family. This house was perfect for our needs. It's spacious and well laid out. The pool and jacuzzi are large and new. We had guests with us ranging in ages from 5 to 70 and everyone had the time of their lives. Ping pong, foosball and pool tables were a big hit! The location is perfect with easy access to stunning walks and hikes. We would definitely rent again!

Beautiful Stay!

What a beautiful Palm Springs home. Everything was so clean and Jeffrey, the property manager, was very nice and responsive. The best part was all of the beautiful plants and flowers in front and backyard. So many hummingbirds and butterflies! The big comfy couch is great too. 10/10!
