Other Things to Note:

* **City of Palm Springs Requirements:** Per city regulations, a separate written contract is required and will be sent to you before arrival. You must also provide a copy of your government-issued ID and the license plate numbers for any vehicles.

* **Booking Details:** Any booking requests made less than 24 hours in advance may not result in optimal usage and are ineligible for a refund. If you request pool heating, it must be for consecutive days.

* **Early Check-in / Late Check-out: We are happy to offer flexible arrival and departure times, when possible, for an additional fee of $25 per hour. Please request this service in advance.

* **Mail & Package Delivery:** You are welcome to have packages delivered, but this is at your own risk. For secure delivery, we recommend using the nearest post office or an Amazon Locker.

* **Our Commitment to Cleanliness:** Your safety is our top priority. Our professional housekeepers use EPA-registered cleaning products and follow strict protocols to ensure the property is sanitized and spotlessly clean for your arrival.

* **Cancellation Policy:** We strongly encourage guests to purchase travel insurance.

- **100% Refund:** Cancel within 48 hours of booking.

- **50% Refund:** Cancel at least 30 days before check-in.

- **No Refund:** Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in are non-refundable.

* **Security Hold:** Please note that the mention of a $750 security hold in our standard contract does not apply to Airbnb reservations, as Airbnb handles its own security deposit process.
