This peaceful property has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with two queen size sofa beds in the living room, a cozy family room with a stone fireplace, heated pool and spa, and a bbq grill all ready for guests to arrive and enjoy an unforgettable vacation. he upgraded gourmet kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Kitchen and dining room is open to the family room and has a sliding glass door to the private patio. Great for entertaining with this spectacular indoor, outdoor living, and refreshing pool and spa. Lots of closet room and space. Inside laundry and additional entertaining patio space in our front yard.

Cute, clean home, great location.

Two families stayed in this home comfortably for a week (group of 7). It was very clean when we arrived and has all the basics... although maybe a few upgrades on knives, cutting bard, wine glasses etc. is needed, but overall it has all you need. The location is fantastic to walk to shops, dining, and even a few great hikes. The backyard and pool was well used by us and is very private. The owner was quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. We would rent this home again.

Decent rental house, close to El Paseo

The good news: the location was great (just off Monterey by Westfield Mall) and you can tell the house has been given a cheap and cheerful update. And the price was very reasonable, compared with other rentals in the neighbourhood. It's a self-serve rental (check yourself in, etc.) but it was a bit unsettling to not hear from the owner until I reached out the day before. The not so good: the extra surcharge for the hottub/pool (which wasn't working for our entire 4 day stay anyways), ants in the main bathroom, a possum in the attic, cheap sheets or detergent that gave me and my son hives made for a less than positive stay. However the owner was prompt in attending to issues that were brought to his attention.

Excellent location for a quiet, relaxing poolside vacation!

We enjoyed our stay very much. It was the perfect size for our group of 6 and the pool area had plenty of lounge chairs and outdoor dining areas for a relaxing vacation. The location is a quick 20 minute drive from Downtown Palm Springs but there is plenty of shopping and retail around the home as well. The place was clean, nicely decorated, and it was a quiet neighborhood. Thanks for such a great stay!

Family Getaway

Where do I even begin? This home is perfect for a weekend getaway in the heart of Palm Desert, CA. The house is extremely spacious, completely renovated and tastefully furnished. The home is in a prime location; only a few minutes away from shopping malls, grocery stores and the El Paseo shops. The backyard area is absolutely wonderful due to the cleanliness of the pool and large seating areas. The host is what really set this house apart for us; he would reply in a timely manner, give us clear instruction for anything we were not clear about and maintained a very well kept home. Overall, we would give this rental home a 10/10 and highly recommend it.
