Open modern contemporary floor plan. Completely remodeled in 2021. This is a gorgeous home in excellent condition. New beds, new appliances, new washer dryer. You can't go wrong here! Everything you need to have a wonderful stay is waiting for you.

Kitchen is well stocked including, Nespresso and Mr Coffee, Air Fryer, Crackpot, Blender, New Cookware. Two wine fridges and top of line appliances.

Plenty of indoor and outdoor space to work or play.

Bedrooms:

1. Master Bedroom with a King Bed, 55-inch TV with ROKU and a Private Master Bathroom with tub and sophisticated shower.

2. Guest Bedroom #1 has two Twin Size Beds with a 55-inch TV with ROKU.

3. Guest Bedroom #2 has Queen bed with 55-inch TV with ROKU.

A great place to stay in Palm Desert

We had an excellent stay. The house was lovely, spacious and very comfortable. The neighborhood was very nice, good for walking and with access to hikes nearby. A short drive to plenty of shopping, grocery and other. Recommended!
