So being on Palm Beach Island, you probably won’t find anything less expensive than the tropical, but the building is old and needs to be renovated. The halls have an odor because the carpet is old. Individual units are better, but be prepared for a worn and well used building.

While there are many units available for rent across this property, Tropicals has consistently been the most enjoyable group to rent through (through Expedia). Their units have very high quality control, quality decorating and super comfortable furnishings. Highly recommend.
