We had such a wonderful stay at the property and can’t wait to return for our next visit. Great location in the heart of the island. Beautiful decor and thoughtful amenities. Unique property and a great neighborhood

We took a long weekend for a first time trip to Palm Beach. This is a very unique condo in a historical registry building. Beautiful heated pool and a great patio area to enjoy a sunny morning coffee or evening cocktail. Beach access was a few blocks away. The owner had lots of beach items available to bring down to the beach. We loved that we didn’t need to rent a car as everything we did was within walking distance or a quick Uber ride. Amazing restaurant literally across the street (Echo) and a beautiful church with an amazing choir next door. The owner was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had about the property or the area. Palm beach was nice and quiet but close enough to walk or Uber to West Palm beach for a more lively evening vibe. I highly recommend this vacation rental and hope to be back again soon.

Long Weekend Away

The unit is just as pictured! Be prepared for window unit ACs, they work but just aren’t quite as strong as central AC. The on site pool wasn’t too packed and had lots of seating. A few restaurants are right near by and it was easy to Uber everywhere.

Palm Beach Dream

Alan’s place is exactly as described. You cannot beat this location for the price! Check in was easy and everyone is very nice. The building was built in 1925 so yes there are some common areas that could use updates. It’s called character :-) Alan’s space is perfect for 2-4 people. Terrace is huge! The only minor critique I have is the dried bird poop on the terrace. It needs a good power washing. Can’t wait to come back again!

All that and a bag of chips

This is truly a beautiful space. Incredibly comfortable, stylish and elegant. And it feels like home. This gorgeous apartment is an oasis situated in a wonderful part of the Island. Tucked away in a building filled with nostalgia and history, this retreat made it hard to leave. Plenty to experience within a mere five minute walk. The pool setting is magnificent and all your worries will melt away. The host has appointed this getaway with everything you could need for a pleasant stay. In short, don’t miss out on this great spot. We will certainly be back.

Outstanding Property and Host

Spotless property with no details overlooked in the perfect location. Had a very European feel and loved the decor and the private outdoor balcony. Super comfortable beds, great linens, good wifi and most of all the host was incredibly responsive and accommodating. Lovely 24-hour building staff, quiet workspace/library and pool. Don't you love it when something exceeds your expectations? Can't wait to return and rent the same unit.

Perfect location

Amazing location, so convenient and perfect for our needs. Only comment would be more information on the property and its amenities pre/at check-in would be useful, however the property owner was quite responsive when any questions were asked. Cleanliness rating only 4 out of 5 due to one wine glass still having residual lipstick marks and sone of the cutlery having a lot of water marks on. The rest of the property was spotless.
