I stayed at this Hampton Inn from Dec 25–29 and had a very disappointing experience. I was moved three times due to room issues. The first room smelled strongly of smoke, despite being a non-smoking hotel and the room was designated handicapped, which i am not. The second room had insects in the bed, and I woke up with multiple bite marks on my ankles. The third room had water on the floor, likely from the refrigerator.
By that point I was exhausted and had already paid in full, so I stayed but limited my time in the room. Regardless of the cause, the bites, lack of cleanliness, and constant room changes made the stay uncomfortable and stressful.
I would rate this stay 2/5 and would not recommend this location. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves cleanliness and room quality for future guests.
