Professional, clean, courteous, great looking....we'll come back.

I am not sure how they have all of these positive reviews. The hotel is not customer service oriented. Firstly, they placed us in a room (with the view of a wall and cobwebs) next to the lobby where they blast music every night. They placed us in this room despite the hotel being very empty and knowing we have a 3.5 month old. Secondly, nothing is included in your stay. I mean nothing. The resort fee allows you to self park for free. It's a joke. A soda at the coffee stand is $5. Breakfast is $21 per person. Only one restaurant is open for dinner and is $40 for any entree. Best thing about our stay was the food we enjoyed outside the resort.

Very nice hotel. My room was upgraded upon arrival. Wonderful massage by Angela at the Spa. Will be returning

Nothing was offered for being a VIP Orbitz member. The outside of the hotel and the lobby were immaculate. The room was far from luxury, and I purchased the most expensive room type, a PGA suite. The rooms are affordable for a reason and didn't come close to the image the hotel makes for itself. No glasses, wine key, or ice bucket bags were in the room or parlor. Parlor TV didn't have a guide. No room service menu in any of the rooms. When I called the front desk they seemed to be annoyed by me calling.

The resort was beautiful. We stayed in one of the cottages which wasn't walking distance to the main lobby, but a simple text or call guaranteed a ride anywhere on the facility. There was even a super market & liquor store on the property that was accessible by the valet service.

Nice pool area; great for girls getaway weekend. Orbitz VIP status got us late checkout - 2 pm - Wonderful !! Food was surprisingly good - Nachos at pool area; hamburgers at iBar. Pool was quite busy, quite a few kids.

As always the Hotel meets all expectations . We certainly stay again in the near future.

Clean, classic golf resort. Lots of gathering and bar space. Restaurant tables are oriented to groups with cozy booths- Service in restaurant terrible-understaffed, under-trained and unfortunate at high price points. That said-the food is magnificent.

5 golf courses make this destination intriguing, but it doesn’t quite make the grade. Public areas are fine but rooms are a little long in the tooth and need to be upgraded, especially the bathrooms. Golf courses are good with the best two (Champions where the Honda Classic is played and the Palmer) recently upgraded. But we had trouble booking good starting times which go first to local members and tournament groups. Their staff is friendly but in some cases missed the grade. We had a wonderful experience checking in, and an equally disappointing experience at checkout. The cleaning staff pushed us to leave at 10 AM even though we had late checkout, and the front desk checkout guy ignored our bellman request.

I stayed for a work trip at the PGS Resort. It was a short stayed, I enjoyed the facilities and coffee shop. During my stay I did not have a good night sleep, pillows and ac unit were not comfy.

My stay was great, my room was made everytime. I just hope they would have microwave in the room or a working coffee maker. My room # was 2071 and the coffee maker is not working. Other than that 5☆☆☆☆☆ rating

Good attractive hotel but layout makes it difficult to access all facilities.

My stay at the hotel was excellent. Do enjoy my time. However they need to be more clear on the specifics of the breakfast. No one told us what the operation was until we were almost finish eating when we were surprise with a high bill. I think at check in we should have been given more details of the fundamental

Beautiful grounds. Breakfast and service was excellent.

This hotel is dated - bathrooms are old and dark, showerheads are low, balcony railing blocks the view. Pool area is nice.

Thank you for your feedback. I do apologize that you were not satisfied with your stay. We certainly should have looked into placing you in a room further from the lobby with your baby. I must admit, that the hotel certainly was not empty, but we could of course accommodate you as needed. While our prices to fit our market, I would hope that you would find them to be satisfactory in service, quantity and value. We would love to have you again and to meet the standards our guests are used to. Thank you
