This authentic newly restored Cal King-size 1 bed/1 bath studio apartment is located a 5 minute stroll from the beach in the historic Mediterranean Revival style Palm Beach Hotel (built in 1925 by architect Mortimer Dickerson Metcalfe).

It has an adjoining unit (Tropical Paradise) if you need a 2nd room.

Both apartments are located short flight of steps off the main lobby.



 The Building's many amenities include a large heated swimming pool set in a tropical garden, multimedia room, library, over sized lobby (the location of the Palm Beach Day Spa), app operated laundry and a covered breezeway with tables and chairs for dining and relaxing. 



The rent includes smart TV, wireless Internet, water and electricity. There is a flat screen TV, air-conditioning as well as a dinette area with a fridge, toaster oven, coffee machine, dishes and cutlery, hot plate, pots and pans.



The Hotel has a 24-hour staffed front desk and on site management which allows for easy check-in/check-out.



A taxi from the West Palm Beach Airport only takes about 10 minutes



Parking in front of the hotel is limited to one hour between 9 AM and 6 PM daily.

You can utilize free Valet services as well.
