We had a most enjoyable stay at this property. The Host was highly responsive and communicative answering questions before and after booking. We had a couple of questions while we were there and he got back to us immediately. The location is excellent, a short distance from the PGA National residential communities security gate, but 2 side streets removed near the end on a quiet cul de sac overlooking one of the golf holes and a pond. The pool is screened in and clean with lots of patio area for seating or sitting. There are outdoor tables in the pool area, under the covered portion for all weather use. Tile floors throughout most of the house. Brand new huge wall mounted TV in the family room. Bedrooms are laid out with large master suite off by itself to the right for privacy and 2 other bedrooms in a separate wing to the left. Large garage able to be used by the rental tenant. Short walk to PGA National clubhouse, resort, and dining, or there are bikes to use in the garage with locks.
