Casa Gagliani, an elegant renovated apartment in a characteristic courtyard building from the early 1900s in the historic center. There are three comfortable bedrooms, all with private bathroom, an equipped kitchen and a nice living room with dining table. The bedrooms are all air conditioned, equipped with TV and wardrobes. The accommodation is characterized by the proximity to some strategic points of the historic city as well as the central station.
The bedrooms are large, two with double bed and balcony and a very comfortable bedroom. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with showers.
The neighborhood is very characteristic, in the immediate vicinity a few minutes on foot you can admire the Revolution square with the Genio fountain in Palermo, the Basilica of the Holy Trinity (La Magione), a World Heritage Site, the beautiful Botanical Garden and the Foro Italico as well as the folkloristic market of Ballarò, which is just 10 minutes away on foot. Furthermore, in a few minutes you reach the central station and the bus stop for the airport.

We enjoyed the apartment very much.Rooms were very clean and linens were very clean also.The shower stall was very small but the hostess provided more than sufficient shampoo, body wash. I highly recommend this apartment and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Lovely Apartment in a Great Area

This was a really great vintage apartment in a building with an elevator. Property has recently been renovated. There are two primary suites and a third single bedroom and additional bath. The place was immaculately clean. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped for our needs. I would highly recommend this listing.

Good location

Giulia was wonderful to deal with. Location was very convenient - close to train station and walking distance to restaurants and popular attractions. Nicely appointed and very clean. The arrangement with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was perfect for out group.

Spacious Place in Palermo

Convenient to Palermo Centrale and a short walk to Quattro Canti and many other sights, this spacious three-bedroom apartment was perfect for our group of five (two couples, one solo). Owners Giulia and Francesco were easy to communicate with and offered good advice when we needed it (before and during our stay). The bedrooms and private baths in each room were very nice - typical small European showers, but that's not unusual - everything was clean, bright and included a few welcome snacks and water in the kitchen. The building has a small elevator, which was great for taking care of the luggage and for easy access to the apartment after long days of walking. Highly recommended for a group stay - safe, clean, convenient.

My friends and I were really comfortable at Casa Gagliani. The location was close to many points of interest. The rooms were very comfortable with their en-suite bathrooms, the plumbing was good and the neighborhood was not noisy. I highly recommend this place.

Appartement genial tres blen restaure dans un viel immeuble typique, tres bien situe dans le quartier historique, tres bon accueil. Pas loin de la gare et des trams. Ce confort nous a permi de passer un chouette sejour, tous les monuments sont faisables a pieds en partant de l'appartement.Seul petit bemol, a chaque fois que l'on tire de l'eau les pompes de relevage font du bruit, mais c'est vraiment le seul bemol.Les proprietaires sont tres reactifs si vous avez besoin d'aide.Je conseille vraiment cette location.

Un accueil très chaleureux ayant participé à la qualité du séjour

L'appartement situé dans le quartier historique de Palerme est très agréable: des pièces spacieuses et claires; un équipement moderne et parfaitement fonctionnel. Chaque chambre dispose d'une salle de bain et de l'air conditionnée. La majorité des lieux de visite sont accessibles à pieds. L'accueil a été très agréable; la propriétaire nous a expliqué les endroits à visiter et les bonnes adresses en terme de restauration. Tout s'est parfaitement passé aussi bien à l'arrivée qu'au départ. Un appartement parfait pour un très bon séjour dans cette belle ville de Palerme.
