Off the loud Mondello beach just enough to enjoy a quiet sleep. Nice big room, great shower, very clean. Temperature was always comfortable thanks to proper AC, I had the best sleeps of my trip here. Easy walk to the main strip. Very sufficient breakfast of fruit, pastries, juices and cappuccino. Would recommend!

Quiet and Clean

The room was a good size and clean. The welcome was great with instructions on the day on how to make contact so that someone was there to let us in. They were really helpful, especially with a superb recommendation for somewhere to eat that evening. The location is good - a very quiet residential area about an 8 minute walk to the beach. The things that could be improved - a net curtain in the window. As the room was on the ground floor we felt we didn't have privacy unless we closed the main curtains. The bed was a bit soft. The TV is small for the room, and the selection for breakfast was not as plentiful as the photos on their web page.

The owner are so good and accommodating. I got lost on my way here and the owner offer to pick me up for free since I'm 5 minutes drive away from them. I didn't take it though because getting lost is part of my adventure 😅. They also offer beach towel. My experience here is beyond my expectation. It is highly recommended.

Loved the place and the people! This quiet spot is clean and tastefully decorated, with comfortable beds. Our room had a balcony. The property has a lovely garden. The breakfast was delicious. The bnb is an easy walk to the beach, which has gorgeous white sand. You can easily catch a bus to the historic centre of Palermo to sightsee. The bus takes about 20 minutes to downtown Palermo. Valerio greeted us with his excellent English, providing a warm welcome, bus directions, restaurant advice, and making arrangements for a taxi to take us to the airport on Easter Sunday. He also got up early to prepare breakfast, including cappuccino and freshly squeezed orange juice from the oranges in the garden. I wish we could have stayed longer.

The setting was lovely; very idyllic with a lovely garden and terrace. Hosts were friendly, helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was tasty and varied. Beds comfortable. Easy walking distance to the beach, boardwalk and restaurants. Very pleasant stay.

The property is in a quiet road, walking distance from the seafront and restaurants/bars Parking is on the street, and is free but it was safe to park Room was super nice, and they were brilliant at the property with any queries

The hotel is on a very quiet street with nice garden and patio area. Our room was spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. We did stay on a cold night in January and the room was a little chilly, but this was unusual weather and it was only a quick stop so didn't bother us too much.. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful and coffee was great. We'll come back in the summer next time!
