The property is within close reach of everything Paihia has to offer, we walked everywhere. Apartment was clean and tidy. Parking and check was super easy. The beach is directly across the road and perfect for swimming in addition to a great infinity pool. Will definitely be staying here again.

Admittedly we had the worst room on the property down the back with views into the back of a liquor store and neighbouring derelict property but for the cost I’d expect the room to be serviced daily, milk to be provided, pullouts beds to be higher standard, clocks to work, bathrooms products to be supplied and more attention to detail. Was very clean and staff were great though but seemed other options were way better value.

We stayed for 1 night only in early October. The 2 bedroom apartment was excellent. The bathrooms and kitchen were very clean and tidy, as was the lounge area. There was ample parking in the basement area. The walk to the township of Paihia was along the sea-shore and was very pleasant, and close to the ferry terminal where we caught the ferry to Russell.

This was the cleanest and best appointment holiday apartment I’ve ever stayed at - the whole place was spotless - both inside the apartment and also in common areas like the pool. The apartment has everything we needed for cooking and eating, as well as plenty of bedding and towels. The staff when above and beyond - they were extremely friendly, kind and helpful! We definitely recommend this wonderful place!

The room was big and comfortable, the deck and the views were wonderful, could not have been better! Quick walk to town and plenty of activities. The service here is great, everyone was so nice and helpful! We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to anyone!

Lovely lady on the desk, very helpful and accomodating. Really nice apartment, spacious with great facilities, fab view and an excellent little pool for a dip if needed. Straight across from the beach and a few good bars and restaurants in the vicinity. Would love to come back for a longer stay one day.

Great location and wonderful apartment stay.

We stayed in an oceanfront apartment, it was clean and well appointed. Bed was very comfortable and towels were luxurious. Kitchen had everything needed to cook meals. Parking is included and there was a washer and dryer.
