This single-level corner end unit provides maximum privacy for guests, with no stairs to navigate and no upstairs or downstairs neighbors to disturb your peace. The convenient laundry room is easily accessible, and the area`s main attractions, including an active volcano, the world-famous Punalu’u Bake Shop, Ka’u Coffee Mill, South Point Cliffs and a unique green sand beach, are just a short drive away. A short walk leads to the famous Punalu`u Black Sand Beach, and a fully stocked kitchen caters to your every culinary need.

Property was as described. We are from Kona and had a funeral to attended in Naalehu so it was easier for us to stay out there instead drive all the way back to Kona. Room had everything we needed. Only thing i recommend is getting better fans. It gets hot in the room at night while you trying to sleep.

Black Sands Beach

It was great! Only thing that we didn't pay attention to, was that it was not air conditioned and it did get warm. There were fans, but it took a while to cool off at night, so if arriving late, the condo may be hot and may take a while to cool down. Everything was great and property manager was quick to help or answer questions. The location to the beach was nice too!
