This one-bedroom cottage is fully furnished with a king bed, fully equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom and full-size washer and dryer. Located in the heart of downtown, you can walk to numerous restaurants (Black Bart's Brunch is steps away), shops, and rental bikes. Take fly fishing lessons, float the San Juan River, enjoy the parks, play Frisbee golf on Reservoir Hill, and soak in the world's deepest Hot Springs Resort. Ski at the Wolf Creek Ski Area, hike the Continental Divide, and the Weminuche and San Juan Wilderness Areas, and visit the Chimney Rock National Monument. Pagosa Springs is the front door to a world of outdoor recreation.

We visit Pagosa Springs at least four to six times a year and always stay at a pet friendly VRBO close to the resort. This was our first time staying at this particular one and really enjoyed the upgrade to entire house vs the usual studios we typically stay in. We will definitely use again. Our only complaint, there is no AC. So we probably will not use Jun - Aug. Outside of that, outstanding.

Wow!! This place is a gem and absolutely perfect! This little house packs a big punch! It was quite spacious for my husband and I and our dog! Plenty of room in every room and the giant bed was so comfy! The washer and dryer in the spacious bathroom was an added bonus. But you can’t beat the location! Perfectly situated behind Main Street, you can walk almost any where you want to dine, shop, or dip in the springs! The communication with the host and the super accommodating property manager, Leo, is top notch!! All around 10/10 and helped make our vacation to Pagosa Springs that much more wonderful!!
