Texted that I was arriving in 10 minutes. When I tried to drive onto the driveway 2 large dogs run up to the moving car and I couldn’t park. Owner was no where to be found. With my car halfway in the street I got out and pushed the approaching large dogs away to go find the owner. She did not answer the door. I got back in my car to stay away from the large dogs. She finally came out about 5 minutes later. She said dogs were friendly. I said they were too aggressive and I couldn’t park in the driveway. I also had 2 small dogs with me and worried about their safety. Owner also made me sign an agreement document with outrageous charges if the toilet got clogged $1500, if the fireplace was damaged $1000, too much noice, and about 5 other fee conditions. The unit I rented was attached to the main house with its own entrance. But I could still hear her 3 dogs barking at night and they kept my dogs on edge. I would not stay here again.

Roomy and comfortable. High-end amenities including bath, kitchen and heated tile floors. Loved the washer/dryer in the apartment. There are two small steps that you need to mindful of but there are plenty of lighting options. Friendly dog greeted us.

For the price point, this place is A+ perfect! Easy check in, highly upgraded room with beautiful oversized tile floors, upgraded windows and entry door, and the shower was luxurious with 2 shower heads. The kitchen was as described, small but with all staple items, like mini-fridge, microwave, and Keurig. Our host was wonderful, and she made sure to tell us several times to ask her if there was anything else to make our stay more pleasant, so I asked and she delivered. Very peaceful backyard with lots of stars at night! Highly recommend!

Perfectly private

The place is amazingly beautiful. Easy to check in and a lovely host. Everything is private. Watched deer on the golf course in the evening. Dog friendly. She does have friendly dogs also. The double shower was fantastic. The only thing not perfect was the super high bed. A sturdy safe set of steps was provided to get in. But if you fall out of it you will definitely break. I would happily stay here again.

The room was clean with a lot of natural wood. The bed is large and also made of wood. For us, the bed was very noisy every time we moved. The shower is impressive. The room is downstairs and accessed through the yard to the back of the house. This is not a problem and a short walkway.

Nice place but No heat & No help

It is a very 500 square-foot room with lots of amenities and very clean. The problem was there was no heat. It got down to 26°. I woke up and it was only 59° in the room and there was nobody on premise that answered their phone or could help. It’s a nice place as long as you don’t have an emergency. God forbid something happened with the locks or you couldn’t get in. There was nobody there to assist and my texts and emails all went unanswered. Stay at your own risk.

The owner had another unit at the driveway level, and after seeing that my wife was clearly handicapped, he chose to still show us to our room , which was at the rear of the property, down a long cluttered walkway, two sets of stairs , and a patio covered in pine tree needles.

Room was clean and comfortable. Location was very good. Doing some construction outside the building. It was advertised with breakfast included. When we arrived we were informed that it’s only available on the weekends with prior notice.
