A good place to stay if you need to be in that area of Cali. The staff stored one bag of groceries for us since there wasn't a refrigerator in our room.

This is a great hotel with a great price in a great location. I have probably stayed there 10 times over the last 10 to 15 years when I have visited Cali, Colombia. They always have great Customer Service, with people like Maria Fernanda working the Front Desk! I will continue to choose this hotel when I travel to Cali!
