We requested a disability room. The shower spilled all over the bathroom floor making it slippery. The staff needs lesson in customer service. No welcome. The breakfast was tasteless. The room was okay and when we requested help with the TV someone can right away and helped.
This property is showing its age. The AC was freezing when we checked in but then got warm and couldn't keep the temperature down.
Rooms were clean and spacious, the lobby and breakfast area were clean and in good repair, as was the pool and hot tub area. Business center was not well maintained and a major inconvenience to us. The printer did not have a power cable, and the PC was either running dial up or had malware/viruses bogging it down; it was so slow it was unusable. The front desk offered to print our paperwork out for us, but their print work was not high quality (half of the ink was faded on each page), and it felt like an imposition to email them the print jobs, wait for them to receive it, and then pick it up.
The hotel was nice, the staff keeps rooms nicke and clean. The only down side i can say is that they offer a hot breakfast for you every morning. But are out of alot of things, knives, syrup, creamer. Just to name a few. But over all it was a good experience.
