Final de semana aconchegante com muita natureza

Passei o final de semana e foi perfeito. O ponto alto é a natureza, o sossego e a beleza do lugar. Chalé super confortável, cama gostosa, edredon macio e gostoso, toupa de cama e banho tudo muito limpo e cheiroso. Não tivemos problemas com água do chuveiro, inclusive chuveiro e torneira da pia com água bem quente. O café da manhã é típico de hotel, no sábado não tinha ovos mexidos mas pedimos e a moça fez para gente. Na sexta à tarde não tinha café pronto mas a moça também fez quando pedimos e foi cortesia. Os funcionários são super atenciosos e educados. Fizemos piquenique ao pôr do sol sexta e sábado pra comemorarmos o aniversário do meu marido e foi perfeito. Ficamos admirando o pôr do sol e o anoitecer curtindo o friozinho. Era tudo que queríamos. As áreas de chalés são lindas, parece que passou por revitalização recentemente. A área da piscina e salão de jogos precisam de revitalização e não tem recreação. Mas isso não foi relevante para nós. Queríamos um final de semana com sossego e amamos, foi perfeito e vamos voltar. A internet pega bem em todos os lugares, não conseguimos ver série então assistimos filme pelo YouTube. Levamos nossa cachorrinha e pagamos R$ 35,00 para o final de semana. Foi incrível, do jeitinho que desejávamos! Lugar perfeito para descansar a mente do agito da cidade

O mirante é lindo, mas a estrutura pode melhorar

O mirante é realmente o ponto alto da hospedagem — a vista ao pôr do sol é deslumbrante e inesquecível. No entanto, a estrutura e o atendimento precisam de ajustes. Na suíte 31 (chalé compartilhado), a "cama de casal" era composta por duas de solteiro unidas, sendo que uma delas estava com o pé quebrado. O quarto não possui telefone para contato com a recepção, e não havia tranca na porta do banheiro, o que causa certo desconforto, além disso, havia um vazamento na bancada da pia que molhou nossas necessaires. Sentimos falta de utensílios básicos, como taças e saca-rolhas, que tivemos que pedir emprestado e veio taças de vidro, uma diferente da outra e não tinham saca-rolhas, acabaram conseguindo emprestado com outros hóspedes. O café da manhã também foi muito simples, sem geleias, doce de leite e com pães de queijo minúsculos — pouco representativos da tradicional hospitalidade mineira. Como sugestão, seria encantador se oferecessem um kit pôr do sol opcional (mesmo que pago à parte), com toalha, cesta com vinho, taças, saca-rolhas e quitutes mineiros. Seria um diferencial à altura do mirante, que é o verdadeiro tesouro do local.

Decadente. A paisagem é linda, os trabalhadores são gentis e dedicados ( mas sem qualquer treinamento), mas acaba aí. Você se hospeda em uma fazenda de café que sequer informa que o café que vc toma é dali. O café da manhã é ruim, desorganizado. Meu quarto tinha um armário. Sem cabides, gavetas ou prateleiras. Até o suporte dos cabides inexistia. O cofre, daqueles de segredo, não funcionava: era depósito para um cinzeiro e duas velas usadas. Mas sem fósforos. Uma parte do cafezal está coberta de mato. Dá tristeza…
