Pensão de Rodoviária

Eu chamaria de "Pensão Pousada Casa Grande"! O valor pago - R$ 1.378,00 por 2 diárias - não é compatível com as instalações. Por se localizar no Centro Histórico até se entende a arquitetura do estabelecimento, mas os quartos não precisam ser parecidos com quartos de pensão. Mobiliário (cama e armário) antigo e desconfortável, com um banheiro pequeno suprido com roupa de banho de péssima qualidade, devido ao seu tempo de uso. Os quartos possuem janelas que não fecham adequadamente, além de não possuírem "black-out", ou pelo menos uma cortina que elimine a claridade do dia ou mesmo da iluminação da rua. Alguns funcionários, quando estavam na recepção, não usavam máscaras de proteção. Não atendiam às boas práticas exigidas para meios de hospedagem nesta época de pandemia, em especial no local onde era servido o café da manhã, que além de ser bufê tinham as mesas próximas uma das outras. A observação "quando estavam na recepção" deve-se ao fato daquele recinto, que se encontra próximo à entrada, muitas vezes não ter qualquer pessoa presente. Na noite do dia 31/12/2020, por volta das 22:00hs. um pedinte entrou na "pensão" pedindo dinheiro aos hóspedes que se encontravam numa área de convivência! Esta "pensão" se aproveita por estar numa cidade turística, patrimônio histórico da humanidade, para cobrar valores totalmente incompatíveis com o que oferece em termos de hospedagem. Pesquisem bem antes de escolherem este meio de hospedagem, o qual NÃO RECOMENDO!!!

Pousada excelente, aconchegante, bem localizada. Equipe cordial e educada. Decoração agradável e bem regional, mantendo o estilo original da cidade. Café da manha farto e variado. A única sugestão para ficar melhor a segurança dos hóspedes é a necessidade de colocação de barras de apoio no box do chuveiro, onde o piso de porcelanato é muito liso e escorregadio.
