The accomodations were great for 3 people. Location was excellent, 2 blocks to everything downtown. Would definitely stay again.

Very clean and well stocked with supplies, also pet friendly! Owners were very accommodating to a sudden change with our arrival and communicated with me quickly. It's also very close to the heart of Ouray, about a 2 min walk from the unit to main street. Thank you so much for a great stay and we'd love to come back soon!

Clean, updated, and comfortable stay in a great location. In town but off Main Street. Close to restaurants/shops and hikes. The unit is updated and comfortable and the kitchen was great for cooking. We were there after the summer heat but still made use of the several fans in the unit.

Location is great. It was a little warm during the day without A/C, but there were several fans provided which helped a lot. The full size bed was super comfortable, but the twin beds were just ok. Everything was clean except the coffee pot. Loved the travel size products provided. Lots of grass on the property which made our dog happy. Overall, we were very happy with our stay!

Large Black Ants!

We checked in and the next day the baseboards in the main bedroom looked black. There were large black ants everywhere. We contacted the management company. After a second call someone showed up and sprayed the bedroom. It was terrible. The ants moved to everyroom in the condo. Later they offered us a studio condo to move to which did not fit our needs. Also, not a desirable area. We requested a minum of a 50% discount. They gave us one night. Dont stay here.

Amazing location!

Can’t beat the location! The condo is walking distance to Main Street, coffee shops, restaurants with absolutely beautiful views! Loved the little kitchen, cozy fireplace, comfy couch and comfy bed. Had a minor issue and the rental company was quick to respond and help. The rental company even checked in with us our second day there to make sure we didn’t need anything or if we had questions. We would def stay here again in the future and look forward to it!

Great Location, Bring your own cookware

The location is fantastic, one short block off of main street. The condo is spacious enough and I liked having the balcony off of the master bedroom. It was warm during the day during our stay, but fortunately air flow is not a major concern as there are plenty of windows on multiple sides of the building for airflow. One suggestion for the owner is to add spare floor fans just in case. My main complaint is that the cookware is awful. Bring your own pans if you plan to use the kitchen.

Great place, great location!

Loved staying here while in Ouray. It was very convenient and a quite place to stay. Unit was clean and included everything we needed. The unit did get a little warm in the daytime because there was no AC. But we did know that in advance, and we were there in the middle of summer. Not a negative, just a mention for guests that like rooms super cool to think about.

In the heart of Ouray

Prime location! Was a perfect size for my fiancé and I. Would work well for a small family with small kids, too. Kitchen had everything we needed. Loved the porch. Great views of the surrounding mountains and right in the heart of Ouray without too much noise. Would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing

Wonderful condo with a great location to town. It was a very relaxing stay for my wife and me. The beauty around Ouray and relaxed environment makes Plano/Dallas seem like a dump…well, Colorado in general is much better than Texas…IMO.
