Lovely, updated, modern property. I loved that it is right on the river. The Hot Springs pools are right outside the door! We walked to town and never used our car. I highly recommend this property.

Great location

Very clean. Beautiful location next to the river and across the parking lot from the hot spring pools. Short walk to everything in town. The only downfall, is the dirt parking lot. When it rains or snow is melting, it is quite the mess. If you have dogs, bring extra towels to manage/minimize the tracking of mud everywhere.

Great Stay

Another great stay in Ouray. We are here regularly and this place was great for location and we have a dog and comes with bowls and mats. Clean lovely and perfect.

Gorgeous property- perfect location

Loved this place. Stayed in many Ouray properties but will return to this one. Beautifully done, nice towels, lovely updated kitchen, and extremely responsive when we had a question. Highly recommend this property!

Perfect property for our family and situation. Such a great location, easy walking to everything on Main. Hot springs access - wasn’t really on radar but WOW it is literally right there. So perfect. If this property fits your budget, it is really a no brainer. Fully stocked kitchen allowed us to eat in and save.Plenty of linens, washer dryer, mud room for hiking boots and packs….again…fit the needs of a family of 5 wanting to be in at night, out in day, but feel like coming home.

Beautiful spot

Great property! Clean and comfortable. Well stocked. Nice deck overlooking river but be cautious of a rotting center post on the railing. Mountain views everywhere and close proximity to downtown shops and restaurants. No A/C but fans are furnished and we only needed to use them a couple times. Overall, a very nice rental.

3 floors, not for older people

We enjoyed our stay mostly. Our unit was clean and easy to find and easy access to everything. Our major complaint is that this is 3 floors and I did not see that listed on the information in the listing. We are 73 and 71 yrs old and carrying our luggage up 3 flights to the bedroom was not too convenient. We are not in bad health but still was not a pleasant situation. I wish I had seen that on the listing, I would have not chosen this particular place. Coming out of the master bedroom one is about 3 feet away from the stairs going down. My husband was slightly dizzy due to the altitude and it was quite nerve racking to be so close to stairs going down from our bedroom. We did not stay both nights due to this! I was not dizzy but it was still disconcerting to have the stairs so close to our bedroom door. Wish this would have been listed clearly so older people dont rent this!

Good experience

The original unit rented had a water problem prior to our arrival. The property manager was very helpful in trying to accommodate us and switched us to another unit. The new unit was the same floor plan, clean and acceptable but not newly renovated like the unit we booked. We were given a discount for the difference. I would rent here again.

Getting to know Colorado

We loved it even tho it didn’t snow and while we were there temperatures were great. It was a quiet neighborhood. We just went around to see the towns and its surroundings. The only bad part about there is the people there, they are not so welcoming. From everyone there only 5 were somewhat nice.They didn’t give that much information on sightseeing or anything at all. But other than that everything was great 😊 . (And yes we could google places but sometimes it don’t show you everything)

Perfect spot in Ouray

We really enjoyed this Riverside retreat in Ouray. It's right next door to the hot springs and walkable to downtown and many trailheads. We enjoyed the extra touches like toiletries, starter packs of laundry detergent, dish soap, pet waste bags. Loved the online resource to check in and communicate with the property manager as needed. We will talk our friends about this great place. Thank you!
