Wine route in small village

Lovely hotel in a quiet vilage in the heart of wine country along the wine route. Very comfortable beds. a/c units are new and work flawlessly.

Good family stay

Just a quick stop in Alsace but was very good. We liked the food, the rooms we got were nice and clean (great to have aircon in the summer too). Kids had fun in the pool. Staff was friendly too!

Very hot day, no aircon

The staff were great, friendly and helpful, the pool area was clean and very inviting. What really made our stay uncomfortable was the heat, there is no air conditioning in the rooms or fans, just check it is not a hot day before you book. The breakfast buffet was a bit of a concern in times of COVID, everyone grabbing pastries etc with bare hands. Guests need more guidance on how to make it safe as obviously people did not realise.

We have stayed overnight at this hotel on several occasions over the past 3 years as a stopover to /from Italy to the UK. We love location and charm of the hotel and are pleased to see staff have not changed despite the pandemic. Our rooms were very clean as always but rooms were not prepared fully with tea/coffee making facilities and only bottled water in one room. We were disappointed the restaurant was not open (unaware until I requested a reservation via Expedia due to the current situation) as the food is always excellent and welcome after a very long drive. The receptionist gave us details of 2 local restaurants within driving distance but we were too tired to venture out. Breakfast was not as good as usual (paid extra locally). There were several guests and yet food was not being replenished, so even at 9:15, breakfast was poor. We very much appreciate the difficulty that hotels have everywhere in restarting their business. However, prices did not reflect the lack of facilities that would usually encourage us to stay at this hotel

Good location near Ribeauville. Great pool! Very nice rooms. Restaurant had delicious regional dishes. Internet was awful. They had an odd system, and even with extensive help from their tech people we were only able to get internet once in there days. Very inconvenient. Worst internet of the 6 week trip.

Good choice in the heart of Alsace

We chose the hotel because of the gorgeous area. The village itself doesn’t have a lot going for it, but inky a few km away there are lots of lovely places. Another reason we chose it was because of the pool. At the end of the day, however, it’s extremely crowded and impossible to swim in, but we went down at 7.30 in the morning and it was great. There were 5 of us women on a girls’ weekend and we were really happy with the very attentive service. One gluten-free and one lactose-intolerant and they were really helpful. The food at dinner was ok but unfortunately nothing to write home about. Breakfast was very good, though.

Adresse à retenir!

Très bon séjour de repos. Très bonne situation pour la visite des villages alsaciens! Très belle chambre bien équipée. L’espace piscine est un plus incontestable. Restaurant sur place! Nous retenons l’adresse pour un prochain séjour.

Très bel hôtel avec un bon service

Très bel hôtel dans un joli petit village près de Colmar. Spa et piscine très appreciable et bien entretenus, petit déjeuner très copieux et très bon, chambre pour 4 très spacieuse avec une belle terrasse, une belle vue, mise à disposition de peignoirs et tongs pour le spa, vraiment très très agréable. Seul bemol: les lits des enfants etaient défoncés, c'est très dommage, ils ont très mal dormi...

De kamers waren wat klein voor het geld wat je betaald. Maar het eten was echt super goed! Een fijne boxsping, die volgensmij nog bijna nieuw was. Douche schoon en netjes. Personeel is ook onwijs lief en behulpzaam! Prachtig hotel voor de doorreis naar Italië.
