I would like to sincerely thank the hotel management for your understanding and support when my flight was unexpectedly canceled and my next available flight was three days later. I truly appreciate your flexibility and kindness in keeping my reservation during this difficult situation. Your prompt response and willingness to help gave me great peace of mind and made a stressful situation much easier to manage. This level of care and professionalism reflects excellent hospitality, and I am very grateful. I had a wonderful experience with the reception team during my stay. Two young ladies, Tuva and Pernille at the front desk were exceptionally kind, professional, and helpful. Since I had an early check-out, Tuva thoughtfully arranged a breakfast box for me, which I truly appreciated. Pernille also helped organize a shuttle service and even made an effort to find the most cost-effective option, showing genuine care for guests’ convenience and budget. Their warm attitude, efficiency, and willingness to go the extra mile made a great impression on me.

Amazing breakfast and above and beyond front desk staff! Would give five stars but dropped one star because the restaurant was unwilling to substitute different vegetables (French fries for mashed potatoes) without charging them as a side order and the server didn’t understand English well enough to answer basic questions.
