During check-in the front staff barely acknowledged me, took my card, swiped it and gave me my room. The halls were filled with kids shooting hockey balls at my door for hours and my roomed smelled like mould. Wouldn't stay here again.

The included breakfast was great. We made our own waffles and had sausage, egg and cheese omelet, activia yogurt and a mandarin orange. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The shower pressure was great. Unfortunately, our room had a bad smell, the comfoter had visible stains (small spot of blood stain, we flipped it around) and the shower caulking around the floor could've been cleaner. Overall, it met our needs but could've exceeded our expectations had room cleanliness been improved.

Check in was awful. The staff refused a debit card and insisted in more money as a hold of no credit card was being used. There was no requirement of a credit card upon booking. Then provided a room near the busiest part of the floor and “fixed” a curtain that didn’t close with a binder clip.
