Our stay was wonderful from beginning to end. I stayed with my 4 and 6 year old children. All the staff there was AMAZING, kind and generous to my kids! The pool and hot tub were a great hit, as well as the pancake printer!

Breakfast food was notwarm enough. Not enough fruit, just apples and green bananas. Irritating cleaner smell in the area. Caroet in the room was worn and wrinkled, a trip hazard, the bathtub had strange marks on the bottom, old. But worst of all, the side walk to parking areas was not shovelled by 8 am despite 6 inches of snow, nor the lot plowed. I will not stay at this location again.

We really like this hotel, rooms nice and roomie, beds are nice, breakfast awesome. The hot tub could have been 2 degrees warmer. I am not a fan of a hot, hot tub but this could have been a little warmer.

The room was clean, but the hallways smell like smoke. The hot tub is not hot. The pool was fun and we had an overall good time. Breakfast was great and the staff were really kind. The building is a lot more broken down and older than the pictures show.

Great spot for overnight stay - comfy bed, shower had good water pressure and had Dove brand body wash, shampoo/conditioner. Our standard King room had a coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge. The tasty hot buffet breakfast included eggs, potatoes, prepared hot oatmeal and fixings. There was a pancake machine that made pancakes on demand, a toaster for bread, plus hot cinnamon rolls and the usual breakfast cereals on offer, plus coffee/tea. Staff were friendly. Location is easy on/ off the 401; our room had a highway view.

The problem was NOT the hotel, but Expedia . I tried to cancel early on Dec 8th and was told to contact Expedia- which I did twice by phone . The Expedia computer replied ,then cut me off after 6minutes of music.( both times ). So then I tried on-line , twice . At the bottom of the webpage there was a "blue" link for cancellations - which flashed but never actually "linked" . I lost my refund and will NEVER use Expedia again. Please let Expedia know. I have used your hotels in the past and they have always been good. Thank you. Mike Vatcher..
