This apartment-turned-hotel appears to have one room per floor, and each room is quite spacious for Tokyo standards. The room itself was decent, but I felt that the hotel didn’t effectively advertise this aspect. When you check into a hotel, especially at this price point, you typically expect amenities like a pool or gym or breakfast. Unfortunately, none of these were available.
Nice hotel with a beautifully decorated room, the room is spacious for japans but isn’t very clean, the microwave was dirty and the room smelled like bleach when we arrived, we can hear the traffic as it’s right by a busy street.
This hotel definitely was not the best hotel we stayed at during our trip however it did serve its purpose. The in room karaoke was surprisingly fun. It is a bit of a walk from the surrounding stations.
The staff was lovely: friendly and helpful despite a clear lack of understanding of English.
The facilities were in a word, unclean. Compared to the other hotels that we stayed at throughout our 14 trip, this hotel was the most tired and definitely needed a thorough cleaning.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
The best part we liked about this apartment-styled hotel was we could fit a family of 4 with 2 young adults. They liked the funky decor. The beds were a bit bumpy but after a long day of exploring Osaka, Universal Studios (a highlight) and taking a day trip to Kobe, the comfy couch was a relaxing way to cool down with air conditioning and cold drink. We loved the supermarket across the street for fruit, drinks, snacks and a wide assortment of pre-made meals. The microwave and mini-kitchen was handy. 2 transit stations were less than a 10 minute walk. This was a 7.5 to 8 rating. The price for our stay was great and right.

Lifeless and boring room. No extra pillows, not even when asked for which is really a problem for me with back problems. We agreed on certain days when cleaning personnel could come, which resulted him/her not coming at all.
People at the counter were nice and there is lots to do in near vicinity of the hotel.

We stayed here for 3 nights. We were only given one room key which could be inconvenient if you are sharing a room with multiple people and aren't going to the same places 24/7. Upon check in they were welcoming but set some strict rules about the stay, for example $200 room key replacement if lost. Not a typical hotel, no one to clean the rooms every night. Only change of towels. Room itself was spacious but the bathroom shower curtains were starting to mold. Small details that could have been improved. Otherwise 10 min walk to local metro, convenience stores few min walk away. It did the trick!
I will avoid staying at this property. We stayed for 2 nights worst nights of our trip. This is not a Hotel this is definitely a Motel standard. Old, not clean, musty and pee smell in the rooms spiders webs in corners of room, tatami style beds. They were so thin that you are sleeping on the hard floor surface. You will feel it next morning, our back was killing us specially after all the walk you do in Japan. They have no cleaning service for the time you stay. They will only give you thin paper towels every day. We missed place our key (plastic card) they charge us $130 USA dollars. I have never heard of that in any hotel we have stayed around the world . They really scammed you with that fee. There is no lobby to speak of. There’s a window and an old chair and a red curtain hiding garbage behind it. The only one elevator they have it’s old and scary. Keep in mind that if you are not out of room by 11:00 am check out time. They will charge $100 USA dollars per person. The day I need it to check out at 11:00am miraculous I couldn’t find any one to try to give them the plastic card key I found. I guess they were hiding so they can refund me my money. The area is a little sketchy with graffiti. I would not recommend this place to anyone. For $220 per night they are much better Hotels in Osaka.
