Avoid this place, no matter what. Host didn't let us know that the washing machine was broken. They said they would refund us the cost for going to coin laundromat (it's been more than 1 month and I have given up), host talks as if they're very accommodating and will refund no questions asked, but when I ask expedia they say the host has to initiate the refund, but host constantly says the platform has to initiate it. After 20+ back and forth replies still nothing has happened since and they have stopped responding.
Winter Review
In the winter time, every area in the house is cold except for the 2 AC/Heating units directly facing areas (inside felt colder than outside, pushed us to leave early and come back later). Entry door way had a weird smell and zero insulation, even with the heating unit in the living room, on a -2celcius day, the living room felt like a 5celcius with max heating blowing, also it takes about 20 mins to reach the maximum heat, we turned off the heating downstairs at night to not waste energy, but the mornings were a bit brutal, my girlfriend had to wear her jacket indoors at times. The washroom maybe a issue for most males as your knees will hit the door when sitting down on the toilet. Walls are very thin, you can hear the people talking outside on the road from upstairs. Unlucky for us there was construction being done during our stay. If you want to try this place, house would be good for 2 people, probably not 3+.
