The staff was extremely friendly. The rooms were clean. The building was kind of on a side street a little hard to find but the proximity to things around it was great. JR Osaka station just about 5-10 minute walk away depending mostly on lights.

Hotel Kinki in Umeda.

Location is superb with many restaurants a stone throw away. We originally thought it would be very noisy. Surprising, the windows have 4 layers of glass that dismiss any noise from outside. The service is excellent with free water. A family of four is very happy with this place.

Overall a nice place for a short stay

Room is clean, not too small, only downside is the window can’t be opened so there is lack of fresh air. The hotel staff are very polite, and there are many many restaurants which open till late night just on the same street.

Very good

The best thing about this hotel is the helpful and friendly reception staff. The rooms were of decent size by Japanese standards. Many eating options within a minute walk away.

First impressions not good didn't feel comfortable with location of hotel. Staff were very nice. Room was very dowdy and not very comfortable. Thought hotel was over priced. Not to our taste I am sfraid.
